The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

The space
The bedrooms at the Lookout are set as 2 single beds in each room or we can push them together and make a nice big King we also have a fold out bed in one of the couches in the living room that could be set up to accommodate a extra person or a family with kids

Guest access
Guest have total access of the entire Apartment on the lower floor. And there is a wonderful trail that leads out to Bluff Point. feel free to explore!

Neighborhood highlights

The Neighbor hood on Lookout dr. is very quite and peaceful, these lots are large 2 to 4 acre lots and we are at the very end of Lookout Dr. so there are not allot of cars going buy and is a great place to take a walk or a jog you might even get some of the neighbor hood friendly dogs to join you.
