This is a private and peaceful opportunity that I am offering to share with you. When you come to stay please be respectful of all that is offered and treat it within the bounds of normal social decency. Nice apartment, good location as far as access to public transportation. Host is hard to reach, delegates to someone else who is also not available. Had an issue with the heating and had to chase him for days, not reachable. Chased him for refund, not reachable. Luckily Airbnb Support stepped up and helped!

A great place to stay. Great location, 5 minute walk to the tube station. Good amount of kitchen ware for 8 people. Just minor issue when we arrive that was resolved in a timely manner. Would recommend if you are bigger group. Rowan responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

Great place!

Nice location and pleasant view, 5 minute walk to Tube. Park nearby. Nice library of novels, cookbooks, and London guidebooks. Three flights of stairs, safety bars and handrails were inadequate, not suitable for toddlers or older adults. Evidently improvements were postponed: new or surplus tiles and foam mattress were left at the top of the stair landing, paint cans stored in clothes closets, towel bars and soap dishes not provided. Refrigerator (which urgently needed defrosting) was inadequate for the number of beds = guests. No documentation or appliance instructions. Broken and chipped glassware had to be thrown out and replaced. I suspect that when renovations are completed, this will be a very desirable facility, but manager needs to be more responsive to guests notice of problems.

This flat was located close to the underground, so easy access to all of London. I would stay here again

Disappointed! For the cost of this apartment I expected more. The entrance looked like it was not cleaned in months. The kitchen is falling apart, with Floor boards rotting, the fridge really needs defrosting, freezer too and it is also falling apart. The cabinets as well as the dishwasher are in a poor state. The front bedroom is on the road and poorly insulated so that you can hear everything going on in the street. The neighborhood is not the best, but at least close to the tube. Rowan was not easy to get a hold of and very poor at communicating with us. The cleanliness state of this apartment was awful. A Spring cleaning would do a world of wonders! Positives are: the beds, very comfortable, the bathrooms are nicely renovated, the apartment offers a lot of space, the wireless is fast and the tv works. The upper deck was nice to have a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. This could be a great place just needs some work and a better management.

This unique flat fit our family perfectly. The kids absolutely loved the hammock and floating loft. There enough space for our family of 6 to spread out. We enjoyed looking out at the canal and skatepark. The location is great and so close to the train station. We were visiting from California and wished the flat was a little more stocked with shower supplies, toilet paper and trash bags. We found that the flat was in need of cleaning. The sheets were dirty and the floors hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Those were very minor items and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!☺

I love finding hidden gems in London... last weekend we discovered the best falafel wrap from a little stall on Golborne road (close to Portobello Road).. Mouthwatering (and actually not at all un-healthy!).
Whether its an off the wall indie coffee shop with a magical secret blend or a new exhibition at one of the amazing museums, there is just so much going on here it makes it a truly exciting place to be.

We have been hosting holiday-makers from all over the world for more than 5 years now and pride ourselves on the qualty of our homes and of our service (always with a smile and we like to think we are as accommodating as humanly possible).

We live in the same area as all of our properties and are bringing up our 2 children here. We love what we do and the fact that it gives us more time together as a family is a huge bonus.

If I'm not in London, I'm probably in the heart of mid-Wales, getting some mud on my boots and enjoying the lack of traffic and parking meters :)
