1850 square ft. home on 2.5 acres. Easy access to many hiking trails and off-road vehicle trails. Black Rock state park 15 minute drive and Tallulah gorge state park 25 min drive. Lake Burton and Tallulah River within 3 miles. Trout fishing. Whitewater rafting or kayaking on the chattooga River within 20 miles. Snow skiing in Maggie Valley, NC approximately 1 and half hour drive. Town of Clayton 15 minute drive. Nice secluded area with a beautiful view.

NO FOOD or DRINK out of the kitchen.

Due to several problems with dogs, there are NO ANIMALS allowed.
