In excess of 2,500 sq ft, parts are over 160 yrs old, but the beautifully well-maintained Thomas M. Abell House is situated within walking distance to downtown businesses, Courthouse Square, and the Amphitheater at Perkins Park.
Grocery stores, the Eastwood Mall, Mosquito Lake State Park, local bike trails, etc are all nearby too.

A ramp and a full downstairs bathroom with shower were installed to make the house wheelchair friendly.
