Interaction with Guests

Conveniently located in the inner Northside suburb Drumcondra, my flat is only minutes from Dublin city centre by bus or bike, or about 25 minutes on foot. Croke Park is less than 5 minutes walking distance, ideal place for fans of concerts and games. The local pubs, shops and restaurants are just down the road and Fairview Park (one of the most beautiful parks in Dublin after the world's famous Phoenix Park) is less than 900 meters and the sea from there less than 10 minutes walk.
Free off-street parking is included in the price and I can even arrange a resident’s entry permit for match or concert days when the roads are closed to through traffic. 7 minutes walk distance there is a bus stop (Bus 123) that takes you to the centre (O' Conolly) in 6 minutes. The Airport is 20minutes from the apartment by car. If you wish to use the public transportation to reach my place from the Airport then you need to take the Bus Number 41 or 16 or a specific Aircoach (not all the Aircoach buses stop there) and the Bus Stop is No. 47 - Drumcondra Rd, Drumcondra Station-Quinn's Pub. From there you turn left in the Clonliffe Road, you walk for about 7 minutes and the Distillery Road is at your left. You keep walking till the end of the Distillery road and the building is in front of you. Cross the small bridge and the gate named Distillery Lofts and the entrance of the building is the left one. Check my pics to be familiar with the exterior view of the building. Hope it helps.

You made our stay in Dublin very special Alastazio. I thank you very much for your warm welcome and hospitality. My friends and I will never forget our stay with you. Your loft was spacious and very clean. You will come highly recommended. I have hopes that we will meet in Dublin once again my friend. Cheers!
Anastazio was an amazing, kind, and energetic host! He made our trip to Dublin very easy and helped accommodate all of our needs. Upon arrival my friends and I felt very welcome and comfortable in his flat. The flat is very spacious and clean. It is not too far outside the city center and we felt very safe. We would definitely stay again!
Anastazio, 'the' super host!! Had a great experience staying at his lovely, peaceful apartment. It's a great little place with everything you need, and Anastazio more than made sure I had all I needed! Very friendly, warm and welcoming host and I would definitely return there again. If you don't mind a walk I was able to walk in and out of town nearly every day! Thank you for making my stay a relaxed and enjoyable one :)
My three classmates and I decided to start our Spring break trip off by visiting Dublin, and I have to say, staying with Anastazio was the best decision we could have made! He made our trip to Dublin what it was and has definitely earned his title of "Superhost". Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the most welcoming of hosts who made us feel like old friends, and wasted no time in offering the four sleep-deprived students coffee and tea. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was as memorable and fun as possible, even if that meant doing mud masks with four girls. :P Not only did he make sure we had a great time while we were at the apartment, but he also made sure we knew all that Dublin had to offer before we headed out to the city for the first time. All in all, Anastazio was the perfect host and I am so glad that we not only got great accommodations, but we also got the chance to meet such a wonderful person! Also, while he will be the best host you'll ever have, he also makes the best tzatziki sauce you'll ever have. If I could, I would give him 10 out of 5 stars!!
haha!!! Now, you defo made me blush :) Thank you all for your stay and of course for your nice words! I did nothing though, your cool personality matched with my desire to assist you and enjoy your stay here, that's all!!! :) I know, I am too modest...hahaha!!! You rock girls, see you in Greece :)
Lots of communication warm kind host
Anastazio made us feel at home! He was a great host providing a warm vibe in his home. His home was in a great location and is beautiful! Anastazio let us know a lot about Dublin and had maps available for us as well. It was wonderful to stay with him would definitely do it again!
Three old university friends and I decided to take the long journey over from London for a weekend of cultural enrichment and introspective self-discovery on the historical cobbled streets of Dublin. Or in other words, the rugby was on and we had bars to visit.
We traipsed into the apartment long after midnight on a freezing cold Friday evening and were immediately greeted by our graceful Greek host Anastazio who sat us down, made us coffee, poured us drinks, got us set up with Uber (saved us €40 doing so!) and then pointed us in the direction of the best clubs in Dublin. It was the perfect start to a far too short weekend and Anastazio made us feel completely at home from the very first minute.
The apartment itself is very trendy, neat and stylish and is in a great location being based near Croke Park and within walking distance from the Town Centre. All the modern conveniences are there including an awesome sound-system and a wide-screen TV replete with DVD's if you fancy a quiet night in (we didn't!).
The sofa's are huge and very comfortable to sleep on and Anastazio went out of his way to make them up into beds for us on both nights so you shouldn't have any concerns there.
A word on the host too, no doubt as you will have read on countless other reviews of this apartment by now Anastazio is an outstanding character in many ways. He really embodies the hospitality, humour, helpfulness and humility that are the core tenets of hosting on AirBnB and I can't possibly send enough praise in his direction for the hugely positive impact he had on our weekend.
We were actually supposed to meet Anastazio in town on the Saturday night but one of our numbers succumbed to one pint of Guinness too many and so we had to go back early. For that we're still kicking ourselves and hope to go over again to make it right soon :)
So thanks to Anastazio for looking after us in his wonderful apartment and making our weekend an even more memorable one. I couldn't recommend staying here more highly.

Hi there! I'm Anastazio, I am half Greek half Italian and as most of all the Greeks and Italians I am warm and passionate with people. I am positive and easy going person with good manners, romance and very good sense of humour! I just came from Dubai and I would like to have friends in order to help me love Dublin more than I love it now. I am here to make you change your opinion about Mediterranean people that they are only womanisers, some of them maybe are, but I and most of us we can be very good hosts!!! I love traveling, I have been to 43 places (abroad) until now so I can totally understand what you need in order to make your accommodation a pleasant stay and your trip here in Ireland and Dublin a lifetime experience. I love cooking, so if you call over we can exchange some good recipes or cook together and have fun before you start exploring the city and the near pubs! Get to know me well and be ready to live your myth...!!!
