The space
The guest will have over 2,000 square feet of space. Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point, only two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine at the pool and do some grilling.

Other things to note
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc.....

Upon check-in guess will need to provide a credit card to place a hold in the case of any accidental damage, or breaking the house rules.

Where you’ll be

Frydenhoj, Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, very safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.
