The space
Gorgeous ocean front condo on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. This luxury condo offers great privacy, stellar ocean views and is conveniently located 5-6 minutes from the heart of New Smyrna Beach, Flagler Avenue or Canal Street. Unit 503 has all the details you are looking for in a winter vacation or summer destination.

The great room area includes a spacious living room that offers plush furnishings, a 75" HD Smart TV with Premium Direct TV, and a VCR. The living room leads out to the main balcony complete with outdoor sofa set and small bistro set. The dining area features a 7-seat dining table.

This condo sleeps 6 with a King in the master, Queen size bed and newly built in bunk beds in the guest bedroom.

Three Smart TVs in the condo allow you to stream videos from your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or listen to Pandora using the free High-Speed wireless Internet service offered with this unit. The living room and master bedroom offer a DVD player.

There's also a same floor laundry facility with full-size coin washer and dryer for your convenience. Your condo comes with its own designated parking space with guest spaces available on first come first bases.

Condo is directly on the beach and the balcony looks right onto the beach and ocean. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as a Dollar General store which also has a small amount of groceries available if you don’t want to drive to Publix grocery store about 3 miles away.
