The space
This 2 bedroom ocean front beach condo is located in New Smyrna Beach on the non-driving section. The unit has amazing views of the ocean from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom. It is newly renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all new furnishings of everything. The living area features ample comfortable seating, Queen sofa sleeper and 65" TV. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed and 55" TV with VCR, and a private newly renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, Twin trundle bed and a 42" TV. The Sea Coast Gardens II complex offers shuffleboard courts, beach deck with private access to the beach, two pools, one kiddie pool and clubhouse complete with two outdoor showers, tables, umbrellas and chairs. This wonderful beach retreat was designed with relaxation, comfort, and convenience in mind in close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, quaint shops and restaurants. This is a nonsmoking vacation home. Renters must be 25 years or older.

Guest access
Our top floor unit can be accessed via a nearby elevator or stairwell. Two rooms with washer/driers are located on each floor. Guests have complete access to our unit including a key accessed storage area which we stock with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.
