This immaculate private cottage in Hout Bay is within a short distance of beautiful beaches, spectacular mountain walks and fine restaurants. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the cottage has ample parking and its own entrance. It has a well appointed modern kitchen, shower, ample cupboard space and an office desk. There is access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities separate from the main house. High speed uncapped fibre internet.

The space is newly renovated with the utmost consideration given to the quests needs and requirements.

Guest access
The cottage has it's own private entrance. The deck and small garden is blocked off from the main house/garden by a door so that guests can have privacy. But guests do have access to the main garden with a trampoline and slacklines permanently set up.
