  • Frank & Colleen's place was perfect for my first visit to NYC. It was close enough to walk to the Metropolitan Museum and shops on 5th And Madison, but far away enough to not to deal with city noise. It was so nice to have a spacious place to stay and a kitchen to make a nice dinner for friends. Colleen's suggestion for groceries was spot on (Fairway Market) and the view is amazing. Make sure you take advantage of the rooftop terrace. The bed was comfy and I felt safe. There was a really cool bar nearby called Auction House which was perfect for a nightcap. If I ever come back to NYC, I would definitely stay at Frank & Colleen's place!

  • Cannot say enough nice things about the hosts and their lovely apartment. Location is perfect. Carl Shurz park ( home of Gracie mansion, the official Mayoral residence ) is a block away and Central park and the Met are a 20 minute walk. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and the view is amazing! Inquired where I might get juice, coffee, and eggs and was told that they were already waiting for me. We were able to checkout late due to a later flight. Cannot wait to book their place for a spring visit. A heartfelt thanks to Frank and Colleen!

  • I highly recommend Frank's Luxury NYC Experience for anyone looking to experience the city from the comfort of a quiet, clean, cozy, safe, and styley pad on the Upper East Side. My girlfriend and I had a great time, and sincerely appreciated the resources Frank left for us--the wireless key, local menus and brochures, and even a split of champagne to toast the start of our stay! No detail was overlooked and we couldn't have asked for more!

  • I booked Frank's place for some friends with 2 little ones who were visiting for just one night. Frank is a great host, very accommodating and responsive on email. Will definitely recommend!

  • Frank has a great place!!! It was perfect for us. Everything happened just like he said it would regarding getting into the building, flat and getting the key. The doormen were very nice!! He left a folder on the table which clearly explained everything we needed to know with the building and its surrounds. The bed was comfy. The a/c was good but we were happy just to be able to open windows for fresh air so didn't use it that much. Frank was really gracious with the use of food in his fridge, computer/internet and his laundry card (laundry downstairs). The bathroom was great too! The ONLY prob we encountered was the noise of the upstairs air con. If you're a light sleeper, you might find that a bit annoying. It bothered my partner but didn't bother me in the slightest. :-) So there you go. We'd def stay there again! You'll enjoy LIVING in Frank's place during your holiday. -Mad

  • Spacious and lovely apartment. Great location on the UES- close to the subway and bus. It was perfect for a weekend get away. And Frank was kind enough to let us leave our luggage there day of check out so we could spend more time exploring the city. Wonderful experience and would stay again next time I am in NYC!

  • Aside from a miscommunication in booking- Frank and Colleen's place was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy a night out on the town. The apartment is clean and quiet with spectacular views. It felt very safe and is convenient to anything in Manhattan. The doormen were very mice ad well. Thank-you Frank and Colleen for sharing your space with us!

  • Good value for the money. Location was great—quiet by NYC standards. Everything close by. 10 min walk to Subway. Doorman was very helpful.

  • Our stay at Frank's place was excellent. The apartment was nice and clean, we were provided with clean sheets and towels as well as food for breakfast. The 34-storey building has a rooftop sun deck with an absolutely stunning view to all directions and the apartment has a great view as well. In addition, Frank was so kind as to let us leave our luggage in the apartment for the day of our check-out while we spent time in the city before leaving for the airport in the evening - this was greatly appreciated by all of us. We would gladly stay at Frank's again and will recommend the place to others.

We are expats from Australia. Frank is working in New York as an educational consultant. Frank was born in San Francisco and moved to Australia in the 70's. Colleen is an australian. We are enjoying living in New York for many reasons. The excitement of a huge multicultural city, the satisfaction gained from helping in schools throughout the boroughs and the opportunities it gives us to travel to many places and meet lots of different people.
