Great location but the apartment left much to be desired. Bare bones. No amenities as other hosts typically give. One roll of toilet paper for a four day stay for two people. Reached out to host about this and it was provided but I should not have had to do this. Host did not rea…

We're not really sure what "other amenities" you were looking for. Aside from a 2 bedroom apartment with full stainless steel kitchen, we provide wifi internet and on-site laundry. I emailed you the lockbox combination and location within an hour of your notification that you were arriving between 10-11 PM. You called me at 12:30 AM because you didn't read the last text I sent with the lockbox combination. Sorry if we didn't live up to your expectations and gave you a good review.
Sal was great and so was the neighborhood. The apt. left quite a bit to be desired. Bathing/showering was v. difficult as hot water ran out quickly. The apt. was cold and purposely so since the thermostat was set at or below 70 and the only way I was able to get the temperature o…

This was Steven's first and only review as he just joined Airbnb this past month. We are a little confused as to his comments on this apartment. First of all, there is a commercial hot water system which doesn't run out as it is for the entire building. No complaints were made from anyone staying in any of the 5 units, including Steven. Second, there is a digital thermostat in that apartment which can be raised or lowered. Again, no complaints from Steven. Third, there is a large empty dresser with drawers and a full empty closet. We have no idea what the "no drawer space" comment is about. This is a corporate rental unit and not a personal home so the dresser and closet are kept empty. Fourth, we agree that the silverware doesn't match. Neither does Martha Stewart's, on purpose. There are plenty of forks, spoons, knives, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Certainly if Steven needed more, he could've asked. Fifth, there's a large original sliding door which closes off bathroom from the main area which was personally shown to Steven during his check-in. There is only one bed and that is clearly stated. Steven was staying alone, according to his reservation. We are sorry that he was unsatisfied with the apartment. Next time, let us know how we can be more accommodating.
Sal was a great host! He was accomodating to our late arrival and promptly gave us the address to the unit and instructions on how to access the keys. He shared his phone numbers and was available throughout our stay for questions. The building is gorgeous! I fell in love with th…
