Anne et Karim nous ont bien accueilli.Karim s' est déplacé pour nous chercher (nous étions perdu).
Le Riad est dans la vieille ville et bien placé (pas besoin de voiture) .Jamaa fna a proximité et pour un bon prix.
Conclusion:Je recommande .
Merci Anne et Karim
Karim and Anne welcomed us in a lovely way to their cute little Riad.
The red room provides you with everything you need and with breakfast included it is a very reasonable price for staying in a central but quiet part of the Medina. It is a short walk to Jemaa el Fna, the main square, with little stores and fruit vendors around the corner.
If it is your first time in Marrakech we would recommend to ask Karim and Anne to help organizing a taxi to pick you up from the airport- it is well worth the money since getting lost in this city is not fun while carrying luggage.
We are more than happy with our stay and will for sure be back again!
we stayed 3 nights and Riad is very nice and near of Jamaa El fna
Thank's Karim to come with your bicycle because without your help, it's not very esay to find it with a car.
Many thank's to Anne for your hospitality and your kindness.
Sweet litte room, perfect for one person but as well suitable for two good friends :) Spacios shared bathroom. Located in a quiet part of the medina; however, the room leads to the street that is the playground of the kinds of the neighbourhood, so it's sometimes a bit noisy. Nice and cheap location and ideally located to explore Marrakech!
Karim and Annie are great guests! Their Riad is beautiful and located to the city center, which is easy to reach.
They gave us advices on places to see and what to do, the first day we were there they also took us to where we needed to go, to show us how to get there and go back home!
The house is beautiful, very clean and breakfast is good. We really recommend a stay here!
The Riad was nice, clean and well located close to Jaama El Fna. The host Karim was quite welcoming and his girlfriend was kind enough. On our first day Karim walked us out of the Riad to show us how to find our way to and from there which was very helpful and that evening we had a nice conversation with them on the terrace. Some downsides; it was very bad weather during our stay and there were no heaters provided in the Riad (unlike in others we stayed in) so we were very cold. Also there was no shelter on the terrace, which is completely standard, but we were 4/5 guests in total smoking outside, as the rules stated, every night in the constant rain and cold temperatures whilst the host Karim sat smoking in his small side room, although he did give us an umbrella once and let us stand in his little room once with him while he watched a film. On our second day the lightbulb in our room blew, we went out after Karim told us he had to switch off all the power to fix it and when we got back that evening he had not fixed it, so we asked him again and 1 hour later after a lot of waiting with no power on shining our iphone lights, it was done. Later I had a shower which went cold after 2 minutes because someone else was also using the water, it would have been nice to have been given prior warning that this happens. We stayed a total of 3 nights but the last 2 days we didn't see much of the hosts and unfortunately they were not there when we left so did not say goodbye and we have not had any messages from them since. Overall we had a pretty decent stay with a strange end. It's a nice place to stay with a similar feel to a homely hostel, but it lacked that personal touch that other Riads in Marrakech on Airbnb offer.
We had a great stay at the riad of Anne and Karim. When at first we couldn't find it right away, Karim picked us up and made us tea when we arrived at their house. The room was like in the photos, small but very cosy and clean. The riad is located in the Medina, you can walk anywhere you need to go, but during the nights it is quiet. Our hosts were both friendly, prepared a good breakfast and handed us a map and more information about Marrakech.
I highly recommend a stay at their riad :)
