My name is Jason Liu, I've been working as a supply chain manager for a US San Jose based IT company for 7+ years.
Thanks to my job, I have opportunities to go to many places, so far I've visited US, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
I love communicating with people from another country or another place with various backgrounds. That's why I am also nominated as the Inclusion and Diversity ambassador in my company.
In my spare time, I like reading, swimming, travelling and enjoying exotic food, I also practiced Aikido(A Japanese martial art), and Salsa(BTW, I'm a certified dancer by Cuba Culture Exchange Center in Beijing).
I got to know the website in my last trip in Tokyo a couple of months ago, my co-worker told me that he rented out his "NEST flat" which is closed to a shrine at Ueno area to a foreigner on the AirBnB, and he made friend with the guest at the end of the day. Then I'm thinking why not, I have a vacant flat in Beijing too. I can do the same, finally I posted all the information onto the website, and hoping someone can be my first guest :)
The flat is recently renovated and re-decorated for my post-wedding life 1 year ago, however, my wife changed her job, so that she decided to move out to my current flat, which is closed to her new workplace. That's the reason we have a flat with almost everything brand new available for rent at central Beijing.
My wife and I will take you as our friend, and we wish our guest is friendly and like cleanliness, also take this flat as his/her own home.
