Kim was one of the best host I've met during my stay! She was so kind, calm, helpful and was always there when I need any help.
Her room was charming, almost above the station and so convenient :-)
Nice reasonable option especially for budget travellers!
This was a great experience! Kimberly was there when I arrived late in the evening. I immediately felt welcome and enjoyed my simple room with roomy storage for my clothes. It was easy to find room in the fridge and pots and pans for making breakfast, although with all the restaurants and cafés nearby, I did not often cook! I had the opportunity for uninterrupted privacy or conversation with other guests, a perfect balance! I highly recommend this fun neighborhood and this place in particular as you can quickly take the subway wherever you want, or take a stroll and explore the great places in a 10 minute walk radius.
Kimberly is a very nice host! She is very helpfull for travelers. I've got two new amazing talented friends at her host Evelina and Jeune! The room is big and cozy. The subway just in two steps of the house. You can get easily anywhere you want. And its one A train line to JFK airpot without any connections.
I also want to say that Kim let me stay at her home, when my flight was delayed and I had to change tickets for the next day departure. I'm very greatfull for her! Thank you, Kim!
I had the best time in NY and with staying at Kim´s Apartment! If you´re on this page right now, concidering booking one of the rooms. Do it ! You´re not gonna regret it. The apartment is really cute, the subway situation (Station right next to the building) is a dream and Kim is a wonderful hostess. Uncomplicated, so sweet and supportive. I came to NY for music and she even gave me some contacts and told me about great concerts. Even though, we didn´t see each other alot, since I was in town or on concerts everyday and almost all day. You can just go there, have a great stay, do your thing, and If you have questions, Kim is there....it was perfect :)
Thanks for the great time.
I had a wonderful time in New York. Kimberley's flat is huge and and very artsy. We were 4 people living there and we had a good time together. Kimberley is open minded and she knows everything about the city. Subway is so close that you fall right into it stepping out of the house...
It can be a little noisy now and then in and around the house.
Kimberly is a very nice, friendly and helpful. Her apartment is at a super convenient location. The subway station is right next door and the express A train will let you reach anything in a very short time.
Possibly there was some mix up with my reservation, because the room I got was definitively not 100 sq (way smaller) and did not have a desk. It was just a relatively small room, with a small bed, and only one chair and a built-in closet. It was definitely sunny, unfortunately also very loud as the apartment is on the first floor (Europe)/second floor (US) on a very very busy intersection.
To sum up, it is a great base from where to explore the city , but possibly not ideal if you want/need to spend time in the apartment and are senstive to noise.
Kim is an excellent host! The location is easy to find and the room was very comfortable. I had a great stay.
