Interaction with Guests
My wife and I live next door, so we are available to help with any problems that arise, as well as to recommend local sites and venues.
This is the most walkable neighborhood in Eugene. There is a farmer's market nearby every Saturday. Lots of new businesses have opened recently, and we expect lots more in the coming months.
The bus station is just a few blocks away, so you can get around Eugene from here pretty easily. Also feel free to ask about borrowing bikes.
Absolutely no smoking. Small pets allowed if pre-approved. Please treat our home as you would a friend's.
The studio is in a great location! The studio is comfortable and was as described. Mark was flexible about letting us checkin early and made getting into the studio really easy. Thanks, Mark!
Had a great stay in Mark's studio! The overall aesthetic of the building and studio was polished and modern and the location was great as there were tons of things to do. I enjoyed First Friday, the Saturday farmer's market, and tons of good food all within walking distance. Mark was easy to communicate with and super accommodating.
My husband and I stayed in this adorable studio for one evening, we were in Eugene to see a show at the Hult Center. The space is clean and comfortable and located right in the heart of downtown. It was easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Mark made the whole check in and out process very easy. All in all, a great place to stay.
Great location; very handy to be right next door to a pub :).
Mark was very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times.
Mark's place was the perfect spot for our trip to Eugene. We were attending the premiere for our film at the Bijou Metro, which is literally in the same building a few doors away from Mark's place in the heart of downtown. We had a wonderful experience and the studio was the perfect size for the two of us. Mark also made it very easy to move in as we had some trouble on the road. I recommend Mark's place as a top spot when staying in Eugene.
