This bright studio apartment is available for 2 to 4 guests: 2 in a very comfortable unique queen size bed that comes down from the roof + 2 in a brand new luxury sofa bed.

The open kitchen allows you to cook at home and host friends in style. There is a tiny supermarket just a 1 minute walk from the apartment.
However, if you prefer to eat great French cuisine, there are many great restaurants along the canal. (Check out the guidebook we've included)
The whole apartment has been recently renovated.

This location is one of the best in Paris, as you will have easy access to all the famous places throughout the city. In fact, the front doors of the building upon up onto one of the most visited places in Paris: the Canal Saint Martin.
It is a very lively neighborhood full of restaurants, bars and cafés. However, the apartment is very quiet as it faces Montmarte and not the street.
This apartment's great for vacations and business trips alike as it's located just next to the République metro station and bus station .
Other Things to Note
The main bed in this apartment is really cool! It pushes up and hides in the roof to save space when you are not using it. When you are ready for bed, just open up the feet and pull it down. Then climb up the step ladders and enjoy a really comfortable sleep on a high quality mattress.
Use the apartment like it's your own. The only thing we ask is that if you smoke, take advantage of the huge balcony and do so outside.
*Also, make sure to put the feet down before pulling the bed down from the roof. It would be costly to repair.
Daniel and Geraldine are very kind and their hospitality was great! my friend and I had a great time in Paris. unfortunately it was raining during the whole weekend so we appreciated a comfortable place where we could relax. the apartment is very well located and it is easy to reach the important places of Paris with the metro. the apartment is well furnished and they handled it very smart with the small space so that there is enough space to sleep (in a very comfortable bed), cook and relax. i recommend it to everybody!
Daniel and his girlfriend really put an effort into welcoming us,
Giving accurate information about how to get to the apartment and the pictures/descriptions online are perfectly in line with the reality. The studio is cozy, perfect
For 2 people. The location is amazing, we were really pleased, I can only recommend it to others too!
Daniel and his girlfriend Geradlines have been so nice and welcoming! They were very flexbile and enabled us to leave our luggage early in the morning. When we arrived later on during the day, we were welcomed with a good bottle of red wine and some nice other small kindnesses! Also, the flat was really cleaned and nice, and the view and location were fantastic. I would definitly recommend this place to everyone!
My boyfriend and I experienced a comfortable and charming stay in Paris' 11th arrondissement in Daniel & Geraldine's studio. The flat is modern and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and as much comfort as at any great hotel. The area is great and close to a bundle of fantastic local spots in the larger Marais area. We would definitely stay there again.
Daniel and Geraldine were such great hosts! Although I did not get a chance to meet them, their hospitality was impeccable! From the welcome wine, the notes, the small details around the apartment. It was a great stay. They left very detailed instructions and were very flexible with my arrival. I loved their cozy apartment and the location was great! Waking up with the view of Montmarte was beyond lovely. Highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to explore Paris and also experience a neighborhood where locals live.
Great apartment in a great location, easy to get to from CDG and a great starting point to explore the city.
Would definitely stay again
Daniel and Geraldine were very helpful from the get go. We felt extremely welcome at their place and they were very generous, giving us a bottle of wine and letting us use their tea.
Their place was just as described and pictured online. The bed was fun and the balcony had splendid views. The building was very secure and in a nice region.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. I would definitely stay again.
Fantastic first experience through airbnb! Thanks!
About the Host, Daniel
I'm a canadian living in Paris with my french fiance, Geraldine. We've recently moved to France after spending the last 4 years living in and around Thailand, Mexico and San Francisco. I'm an online English teacher and business owner while Geraldine works with non government organizations protecting the freedom of the press. We both speak Spanish, French and English while Geraldine also speaks Chinese. Our love of travel and adventure is only rivaled by our desire to indulge in fine food and drink.
