37 degrees in Rome, I specifically looked for places with air conditioning. It turned out the air-con was only in the living room. Giulia offered a air-con fan, which had to be switched off during the night because it's too noisy, still too hat to sleep. Giulia explained that the photos of the room didn't show any air-con so it's not false advertisement. Didn't have salami for breakfast like it advertised. It's a nice room but very disappointing as it didn't match the description.

Response from Giulia:
...me too !Carrie, had in his room, fan and portable air conditioning, probably the two things together a bit noisy! We want to add for breakfast, fresh cut fruit, juice, yogurt, croissants, pastries, butter and homemade jam, with 37 degrees, salami seemed a bit too much !! Not all donuts come with a hole, I'm very sorry. Take care Carrie

Had a great stay. Giulia had a lot of great advice about where to go and how to get there. Note that the walk up to the place does include a slight incline and some cobblestone streets.

Thanks Helen, however I have only two rooms IDRA and ROMEA and even if you paid for the more economic, being alone, I decided to give you the most 'comfortable ... I do wrong :)) ?

I must say that we had a good time in Rome. Giulia is a very good host. She has given us a comfort level of a home and still have the taste of Galatia and home made pastries. We want to share something with everyone so everyone is aware what goes on in Rome and Napoli. We left Rome with a very bad taste as we got robbed twice. We were heading to the airport on our way back home, someone threw a mustard on my clothes. As my wife was cleaning a man offered a napkin to clean. Actually, he drew our attention towards him and his partner took away with our bag. We lost everything including our documents. Cops standing within the vicinity refused to help. Even at police station officers were very rude and were not willing to register our report. Great country, but bad administration. Giulia and her husband extended lot of help and her husband drove us to the airport so we can catch our flight. Eventually we missed the flight due the documents. Giulia, even arranged an alternate place for us so we can stay till we get our passports. We will never forget the comfort level, she has provided during our difficult time. We will definitely go back and stay with Giulia. We recomend all the visitors going to Italy to be carefull with their belonging as crooks use different means to steal and distroy your holidays

Grazie Anand, as I said you in private, from your mishap, I worry a lot of stops at Termini Station for my Guests and myself.

Absolutely 100% recommend! Here is why.... 1. Giulia is extremely accommodating. We needed to drop our bags off before a 9 AM tour. She allowed us to actually check in early, which was so kind! 2. She is SO knowledgable about Rome. She saved us money and time with her advice about taking trains vs metro vs busses to our various destinations. She also gave us the recommendation to a restaurant we ended up having one of our favorite meals in Italy at. 3. The B&B is beautiful, clean, everything works well, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious (and served on her beautiful terrace). The best part, though, is how quiet it is. After touring in a loud, crazy city all day it's amazing to come back to a place where there's virtually no noise (except the pleasant singing of birds in the garden in the morning, which we loved). Obviously, we were very happy with the experience!! Thanks, Giulia!

Gulia is a very friendly host, we enjoyed the our 3 days stay , we loved the shower facility very much which give you good relief after long walk in the day, we also loved the lovely decorated Terrance where we enjoyed our breakfast and break time with view of beautiful Rome sunlight The apartment location is within 5 min to metro station, as well as tram station taking you to Colosseo within 10 min and other major attractions within reasonable time

We had a wonderful stay here! Giulia made us feel welcome immediately and gave us maps and tips on where to visit. She made us delicious breakfasts, which we enjoyed on her beautiful balcony. The apartment is within a 15 minute walk of the Colosseum and a 5 minute walk from the closest metro. The room itself was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!

Hi I'm Giulia I work as a travel Agent. I've dedicated my life to make people understand the importance of travelling, helping them to discover places and habits of new cultures around the world. My way of thinking is : it's not a matter of stamps on the passport, but it's the journey itself that give us richness.I love my dog and he has the habits to follow me everywhere, he is very special.
I like to have friend around me, and most of them are living in many places around the world. It's a fantastic adventure to meet them around the planet, and this is the feeling that I want to share with people.
My personal passion is art history, Rome is full of hidden trasures, and I'll glad to share with my guests my knowledge giving unusual indication to discovery this fantastic city.
