Hi, I rent my little house in my little town, Peschici (Apulia). I offer this accommodation for short period during all year.
The accommodation is perfect for two persons, it is composed by one bedroom with a bathroom but the very surprise is the location, in front of Adriatic sea, into the mediterranean vegetation that we call "macchia mediterranea", a fantastic location above the cliff. The apartement is in my private property, near my house. The location is suitable to reach the center of town in 10 minutes walk . The closest beach is S.Nicola bay. There isn't a kitchen but I provide an espresso electric machine and a little fridge. You could taste the typical food in more restaurants of town and I can offer you a special price in the resturant of my family, it is not so far from the accommodation and with 15 euro you can taste all specialities of Southern (email hidden) in front of the sea is the best place to discover that "the life is a wonderful thing". Try to come back.
Carmela was very welcoming and helpful. She proposed several times to give me a lift by car to the city centre.
Her house has a wonderful seaside view !!
We spent 1 night in Carmelinna house and it was very nice. You we'll host in a one room appartment close to Carmelinna's house with a wonderfull see view on morning.
The house is not in the city center and when you arrive by car you can be surprise to discover a residencial place very not charming but when you go to the house, you are at the end of the world! Very quiet and easy comunication.
Thank you Carmela for your wonderful camera in front of the sea. I cannot wait to come back during summer !
Carmela's home is absolutly wonderful .. everything is really perfect .
We have spent a nice week end there .. thank you very much .
we really hope to come back again there .
Merci carmela !
Our stay at Carmela's place was simply beautiful. Looking at the picture we imagined it was a nice place but when we arrived there we suddenly felt in love with the silence and the beauty of the location (basically built on a cliff). Last but not least, Carmela is such a lovely host. And as if she was out mom, she inveted us for lunch on Sunday.
In addition, Carmela's sister is the owner in a very nice "agriturismo". A restaurant in the countryside where we ate incredibly good food for an incredible price. If you don't belive me, just try.
We visited peschici in Autumn and i have to say that many pubs and bar are closed at that time. By the way, it was very relaxing and peaceful for us to have a walk in the narrow streets of the old town or just looking at that wonderful sea.
I think that if you want to escape from the big confusing city, that's the best.
I saw many nice places, and as far as i know there are many many tourists in the summer time. Maybe it will be different in August, but i really would like to go to Peschici one more time.
And about this little town: people were very friendly and nice and helped us a lot. Carmela was the very first wo did this.
It would be better if you have a car or a bike when go to Gargano. Walking on that uphill/downhill can be very difficult.
I definitely loved all about Carmela, about her house and about her town!
