The space
This home provides a welcome relief to the mundane hotel rooms. It is a small home but plenty of space to roam around. The home has hardwood floors, original features and fixtures, but modern conveniences like a 50 inch TV, Roku, DISNEY+ and quantum fiber internet. The master bedroom has a brand new Smart TV , queen bed with Belgian flax duvet and cotton sheets and a BLOOM BABY ALMA MINI CRIB. The second bedroom has two twin antique beds with all cotton sheets and bedding. The living room has an IKEA pull out queen size sofa bed.

The home sits in a neat and quiet neighborhood of single family homes much the same style as the Weller house. The area is perfect for walks or bike rides along the beautiful tree lined streets of the Rountree neighborhood (one of Springfield's most pleasant and popular residential living areas) or take a walk along historic Walnut Street. Enjoy the shops, markets, grocery stores, local restaurants, spa, and bakery within a 3 minute walk.

The house is fully equipped for extended stay housekeeping. Extras include complimentary coffee, tea, popcorn and snacks. All towels, linens, and supplies are included. Guests are welcome to use the basement utility room washer and dryer.
We are a family oriented operation and prefer guests in the spirit of families, married couples, and responsible single persons.
