Other things to note
* The stairs are narrow. Please be careful when going up and down!
1. If you check in early without notifying the host, please be sure to put the keys back in their original place when you drop off your luggage and go out, so that the cleaning staff can enter the house to help you clean. If the staff cannot enter in time to help you clean because you take the keys with you, you will be responsible for the cost. The labor cost in Japan is very high. If you still need to clean, please pay extra!
2. Luggage can be stored in the house before check-in
3. Please keep the house key safe during your stay. If it is lost, we will ask you to compensate at the original price. Japanese keys are super expensive, so please be careful.
4. We will provide towels based on the number of guests booked, please contact the Host for additional towels. (Additional fee is 600 yen/piece)
5. The equipment in the room has been collected by the owner for many years, please take extra care when using it, please take extra care when opening and closing the paper doors and windows in the house, if there is any damage to the items in the house, we will ask you to pay the original price!
6. Our house is in a residential area, please do not make loud noises after 9pm, if a neighbor reports to the police, you will be responsible for the consequences.
7. No shoes in the tatami room and no smoking in the whole house.
8. Because most houses in Japan are wooden structures, although soundproofing measures are taken, the soundproofing effect is not as airtight as in other cities. Please understand that this is a characteristic of Japanese houses, not a shortcoming of our house.
9. Please remember to turn off the air conditioner and lights when you leave the room to avoid wasting resources.
10. Please return the keys to their original place when you leave.
12. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM because the next group of guests will check in at 4:00 PM and the staff needs to clean up in between, so please check out on time and return the keys. If you have any questions, please negotiate with us in advance. Please be sure to put the keys back before 11:00 AM. (A fee of 2000 yen per 15 minutes will be charged for late check out)
