No parties, no smoking,
We stayed with pleasure in this house. It is a pleasant house with a lot of room and it´s fully equipped. The house was properly cleaned.
This holiday house is near Ballydavid. You can walk in a few minutes to the beach and the beautiful hiking trail along the coast.
The environment has a lot to offer: Dingle, Ventry Harbour, Slea Head, Blasket Island, beach /strand, a boat trip to Great Blasket Island, the old church of Gallarus......
Loved staying at Shelagh's holiday home in beautiful Dingle peninsula. The house is really big, and has marvellous views. Particularly enjoyed the woodburning stove and comfy sofas on chilly evenings! The nearby village is lovely and has a pub with great food and folk music. We ended up staying longer than planned because it was such a restful place to be. Altogether it was a thoroughly relaxing holiday and would really recommend it.
Im delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay Ruth. It is very valuable to get feedback on the house and your overall experience.
The TV is new and it only arrived a few days before you did, so I will adding a connecting cable for the DVD player. It has a USB port on the back so it is easy to connect a small portable hard drive or USB key if you have movies on one.
I will take on board your advise regarding lamps and utensils. However all bedrooms have a hanging light with a switch directly over the bed and those that don't have table lamps. Again thank you for the feedback I am delighted to hear it is only minor recomendations and over all you enjoyed your stay. As I said in my review it was a pleasure dealing with you and I would have no hesitation in recommending you.
