My home is near the Rio Grande River in the North Valley of Albuquerque, New Mexico. My neighborhood is peaceful. Walking and biking trails can be accessed from the house. I am 15- 20 minutes from UNM or Downtown. Petroglyph Natnl Monumnt.
This is for one room with a Queen sized bed in a small 4 bedroom home. You have access to the guest bathroom which may or may not be shared by another guest. I have my own bathroom in the back of the house which can also be accessible. In the chance that you wish to stay for a longer period and the Queen bedroom is not available for the entire length of time, I have a spare room with a comfortable futon for the days that the Queen bedroom is not available. So if it seems that the Queen bedroom is not available for all of the days that you would like to stay, please check with me. I might be able to put you into the futon room for those few days.
There is plenty of room in the fridge and pantry for your food.
The kitchen, living room, laundry and backyard are common areas.
I live in the house year 'round and work from the house in the day time.
Front door. The Queen bedroom is at the front of the house. You will get your own key to the house that you will return before you depart. You cannot lock your room separately, but there is not reason to.
My room is in the back and the spare bed is off to the side. With the exception of my bedroom the rest of the house and backyard are common areas and the guest bath may or may not be shared with another guest.
I own cats, but your bedroom is closed off to them.

Robin was absolutely INCREDIBLE! My boyfriend and I were driving from Florida to Las Vegas with my dog and we began having car trouble on the way to Albuquerque. After letting Robin know what was going on, she immediately started researching possible problems and trying to help us figure out what to do. We finally made it to Albuquerque and she drove me to Autozone to buy a part for my car, and then drove me to the grocery store so that I could buy groceries to cook dinner for us while my boyfriend stayed at home to relax (He had just driven 14 hours straight!). I cooked dinner and we all ate, drank wine, and had such a lovely evening despite our stress about the car! When I woke up in the morning I found texts from her that she sent overnight with even more research and even a solution to the problem! Thanks to her finding a recall program on my car I got a brand new transmission in my car completely free! Robin was absolutely heaven sent! I wish we could have stayed longer! I can't say enough good things about her- You definitely earned that AirBnB kitchen towel babe! ;)
Robin was an amazing host! She was always quick to respond and did not mind our late arrival. Her home was beautiful and clean and conveniently located near the petroglyphs and downtown Albuquerque. We loved her cats and enjoyed interacting with Robin. We would highly recommend staying with Robin!
I was delighted to meet Robin and cannot speak highly enough of her kindness and consideration. She collected me from the airport and helped me to get a phone organised.
As my first introduction to New Mexico I was absolutely delighted with her as a hostess. The room was beautiful as was a comfortable bed and facilities. Very impressed.!
Robin's home is beautiful, grounded, and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed as we stayed the night on our cross-country road trip. As a host, she is excellent; very accommodating, friendly, and generous - even offering to cook us a hearty breakfast, which we enjoyed helping her with and sharing over good conversation. Thank you Robin for welcoming us and providing us with a lovely Airbnb experience!
PS - We love your cats :)!...
As someone relocating to the area, I needed a two week affordable living situation that was not a hotel. Robin's home and my room were very nice and I found her to be a warm and engaging host. We shared many a conversation in the kitchen over coffee or wine and built the foundation of a friendship. She became my first friend in town and made it very easy.
Robin was a gracious host who went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcome. The room and house are peaceful and serene as is the surrounding area. I was in town on business and needed time to gather my thoughts. Walking the nearby Bosque was perfect for this... My only, and I mean only, complaint was that there wasn't a work area in the room. The dining table, which is right in the middle of the open kitchen/living space became my desk for the week. Robin and her roommate both work from home, so there's plenty of socializing available. :) This made it difficult for me to get my work done!

Hello, my name is Robin and if have lived in Albuquerque, NM most of my life. I enjoy traveling a lot, but New Mexico is home. I love it here!
Presently, I own a video production company which specializes in video marketing for Corporate, Small Business and Non-Profit businesses and, also, video production for classical music and classical music artists. I started the company three years ago. Before starting my own business, I was the Operations Manager for the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra for a very long time. I can't complain much. It's been fun.
