Elisa made us feel very welcome - the apartment was very spacious and comfortable, the garden is great and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very easy from making the booking right through to handing back the keys!

We had a perfect stay in Elisa's appartment. Breakfast in the sun in the garden in October! The house was clean and comfortable. Elisa is a very kind woman and she helped us with renting a good car, that made it easy in a strange city. She also speaks very good English, which is very convenient. Thank Elisa! If I ever come to Milan again, I would love to stay again in your quiet home.

I stayed here with a classmate for a week while taking a course at Bocconi University. Apartment - The apartment was exactly as represented in the photos and description. You walk in the front door and there is a bench to your left and a small room with cabinets and a futon on the right. It was convenient for leaving bags/keys/shoes. Past the small room is a full bathroom on the right - it has a tub, toilet, sink and a washing machine. There is no dryer but Elisa has a drying rack in the apartment and having a wash machine was really convenient. As the photos show there is a kitchen with a stove, small fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Up the stairs were two full bedrooms with doors that close, full size bed, night table and a closet equipped with hangers and a hanging shelf. The beds and linens were really comfortable. Elisa also left towels in each bedroom four our use. In between the two bedrooms upstairs is a full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and plenty of shelf space. There are three window AC units as well - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. They are new AC units and cooled quite quickly, had digital temperature control settings and were very quiet. The WiFi worked perfectly and was very fast - better than most hotels I have stayed at. Host - This was my first time using AirBnB and I am so thankful my first experience was with Elisa - she was so nice and professional. She met me at the door (she lives and works in the building) and gave me a tour of the apartment. She provided two sets of keys as well as hand soap in both bathrooms, detergent for laundry, cleaning supplies, an iron, two converters for high voltage appliances and a full size powerful blow-dryer. In addition she left a container of milk, juice, a number of pastries, bread, jam, coffee plus a list of recommended restaurants, a map of the area and instructions for public transportation. It more than exceeded my expectations! Neighborhood - The apartment was less than a ten minute walk to my classes at Bocconi. There is a metro stop about a ten minute walk away, it is on the same street as the apartment so there was no confusion in finding it. The line stops at Centrale which made it easy to take day trips out of the city. I never took transportation into City Center but a taxi or Uber was about 15 euro. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. If I return to Milan I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend Elisa and this apartment to anyone.

Comfortable, perfectly clean and furnished with taste. Elisa and her family were absolutely kind, helpful and well organized. The apartment is big enough for 5 people, and my 2 children really enjoy the toys they found there!! Hope to come back soon! ;)

Elisa's apartment is very stylish, we loved it. Everything looks just like it is shown on the photos. Milano centre and several nice restaurants are nearby. We recommend Elisa as a very friendly and helpful host, even her restaurant guide was great! For our next stay in Milano, we already know a very nice location!
