Elegant and comfortable apartment with private terrace, delightful spa and sauna located in a classic one floor building at Via Augusta, near Diagonal Avenue and a few steps from Passeig de Gracia. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams and wooden floor. The apartment has one suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (with shower) which gets separated from the living room by sliding doors. Open fully equipped kitchen and table and chairs for 4 guests. The sofa in the living room coverts into a double bed where two guests can sleep comfortably. Satellite TV with international channels, wifi, DVD, CD player and air conditioning.
In the upper floor (access by stairs from the living room) there is a SPA (sauna and jacuzzi), another bathroom with shower and a nice and sunny private terrace.
LOCATION, THE DISTRICT OF GRACIA
The apartment is located at Via Augusta (at Gracia district), in front of Gala Placidia square, not far from Diagonal Avenue, Rambla de Catalunya and the glamorous Passeig de Gràcia, one of the Barcelona´s main shopping areas, where you can find famous modernist buildings such as la Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Casa Amatller.
Gracia is a typical neighborhood in the center of Barcelona
and one of the best connected neighborhoods in the city. The apartment is located only at one minute from the metro station of Gracia, so you can get to the downtown in less than 10 minutes. You can also reach some of Barcelona's best-known attractions on foot. The apartment is only a 5 minutes walk from Diagonal Avenue, Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia.
Gracia is one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Barcelona. It is a district characterized by narrow streets and small, unique squares. Once its own town, Gracia was annexed by Barcelona in 1897. Today, it is recognized for its rich artistic heritage, its cultural diversity, and its sporty and festive atmosphere.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND PARKING FACILITIES
The closest metro stations are Gràcia (2 minutes walking) and Fontana L3 (7 minutes walking), only 3 stops to the city center (Plaça Catalunya and las Ramblas).
On Gala Placidia square there is a public underground parking space open 24 hours under surveillance.The entry walk is also on Gala Placidia square. Additionally, on Neptú street (just behind Via Augusta) there is another underground parking space open 24 hours.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartment is usually available for check-in from 15:00. Whenever possible, by request, we can arrange for the apartment to be available earlier. It is, therefore, important to know your arrival time as well as any changes that might occur prior to your arrival. Please note that arrivals later than 20:00 are subject to an extra charge of 20 € and 35 € for arrivals after 23:00.
Departure time (check-out) is at 11:00 am. There is no guarantee of late check-out after 11:00 as guests may be arriving in the afternoon. However, you can ask us upon check-in if a late check-out is possible.
BED LINEN, TOWELS AND BATHROBES
Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest. Moreover, there are bathrobes for the SPA with an extra charge of 15 € per person.
Smoking is forbidden in all the premises of the apartment (including the private terrace).
General rule is that pets are not allowed in the apartment unless we grant you a specific permission on a case by case basis.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The client (who makes the reservation) shall inform us of the number of guests who will occupy the apartment. Unless otherwise agreed with us, only the number of guests indicated by the client in the booking shall be authorized to stay in the apartment.
CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APARTMENT
The guests shall keep and maintain the premises in a good condition throughout all the rental period.
The client booking the accommodation is liable for the correct behavior of all the guests. Should any guest at the apartment do not behave in an appropriate way, the owner is entitled to request the client and the other guests to leave the apartment without having the latest any right to claim for any type of compensation.
ECOLOGY, ENERGY SAVINGS
Please, help us to save energy! make sure that all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment and the air-conditioning/heating are set to minimum or switched off if possible.
Also take your rubbish and (if possible) separate glass, plastic and cardboard.
