Welcome to the Cucalorus Compound of Curious Creativity! The Jengo's Campus can house larger groups - families visiting for graduation, friends coming to a wedding, or just a bunch of old pals and pal-ettes wanting to spend a weekend together. You can also rent our cozy little movie theater inside Jengo's Playhouse to watch a movie or celebrate a birthday! All located in the Historic Downtown area - within blocks of the Cape Fear River and lots of restaurants, bars and shops! This is THE place!

The space
If you are used to modern and contemporary design and full service amenities then perhaps one of the areas many hotels are a better fit. If you need a cool, clean space with a great vibe and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, look no further. The compound is broken up into two separate houses from the early 20th century with Southern front porches and outdoor spaces that scream comfort and relaxation. Each home has a full kitchen, one of which recently is updated with commercial gas range. Only one of the units has laundry (washer/dryer) but the houses are always rented to one group. We will not separate the compound. "Mi compound, tu compound!"
