The apartment is very comfortable and bright, in a calm and quiet residential building. It is perfect for a couple, has a large and comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double size bed and a spacious bathroom.
The living room has a hammock to read or nap, air conditioning and comfortable seating, and a large dining table with 4 chairs.
Also 2 infallible mattresses, one 2 seater and one 1 square that fits perfectly.

This charming apartment is located in San Telmo, the oldest neighborhood in the city, known for its colonial architecture, where you will find restaurants, bars, a bohemian atmosphere and simultaneously a privileged location in the city of Buenos Aires.
The apartment is very well located in a beautiful old building in the historic city center, 1 block from the subway and the Avenida 9 de Julio, just 5 blocks from San Telmo market and fair antique. It is a very safe building in front of a a police station.
I hope my guests take care of my home as her own. When you leave, empty the trash can, don't leave food in the refrigerator, lights out and leave the laundry in the washer. You must respect the times of rest and proper use of the facilities.
