Beautiful Packwood cottage in High Valley completely restored in 2018. Private backyard with Hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Peak-a-boo views of Tatoosh Mountain with end of the street access to hiking trails and a waterfall. Easy access to Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams, and Mt. St. Helen. Located just 30 minutes from White Pass Ski Area. Right in the middle of Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Just 2 1\2 miles from downtown Packwood restaurants, pubs, brewery, grocery store, and coffee shop.

The space
Real wood walls, polished rock fireplace, charm, grace and the mountain cottage feel.
Foosball, and PlayStation, Cable and Wi-FI for entertainment.
Crock-pot and electric griddle in addition to Range, microwave and coffee maker.

Guest access
Access to all grounds except Shed and Garage.
Please do not enter any locked cupboards or closets, these are are not for guest's use.

Other things to note
- Our Cabin Disinfecting Protocol -

• We disinfect with EPA approved and “N” listed products. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces.
• We use an EPA plant based “N” listed disinfectant in our fogging regimen.
• We follow instructions/directions on product labels to ensure safe and effective use of the products. When using our plant based disinfectant
products/fogging we follow all safety requirements.

- Laundry -
For towels, linens, blankets, tablecloths, place mats and other items.
• We launder items according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Use the warmest appropriate water setting and dry items completely.

- Food - Cupboards And Refrigerator (Condiments) -
• WARNING – All cupboards, containers and refrigerator items within: are considered “COMMUNAL ITEMS NOT DISINFECTED”. These items included are condiments or amenities that due to the type of amenity or packaging we are unable to disinfect. The interior of the cupboards will not be disinfected either.
• Spice containers and/or food items in the cupboards for guest use that have packaging that can be disinfected will be disinfected using the fogging system. PLEASE NOTE: These items are all “use at your own risk”.

- Guest Gift Baskets -
• Please note… all gift basket items are freshly replenished, as needed for every guest.

- Bathroom Amenities -
• WARNING – All bathroom shampoos, Conditioners, body wash etc. are
disinfected on the outside only but are considered “COMMUNAL ITEMS".
PLEASE NOTE: These items are all “use at your own risk”.

- Trash -
*** We ask all of our guest’s to please remove all of the garbage from each room within the cabin prior to their departure.

Neighborhood highlights

Close to town and just down the road from the High Valley Country Club with Guest access to Golf and swimming pool (Guest MUST provide us with EVERY individual's first and last name as well as their age of those desiring to utilize either the pool or golf amenities, no less than three days prior to their arrival .... NO EXCEPTIONS UNFORTUNEATELY). The HOA requires this information to be able to have a owner granted permission slip on file for you at the clubhouse. If you are interested in utilizing either the High Valley Community pool (Seasonal: Memorial Day through Labor Day) or plan to golf (year round ... weather permitted), PLEASE be sure to let us know in advance (at the minimum of 3 days) prior to your arrival date by messaging us through the message thread on the website you made your reservation through (including the names of every person utilizing either the pool, golf course or both that they will be enjoying). There is a new policy in effect that requires us to let the community club house know in advance of those guests that plan to utilize either of these amenities in advance by a email.
