Think of it as a private, luxury hostel; one big happy family, although I am rarely home. Seperate beds but in same one-room studio flat. You have your own keys and you do as you please. :)

We can share a glass of wine or an authentic espresso made with my awesome new espresso machine, or you can completely do your own thing. I am your host if you want/need, although again, I am normally not home from 7am to 7pm during the weekdays.

I have lived in Toronto for twenty years (and one month!) and am happy to answer questions, give advice or directions, and recommend restaurants or must-see parts of the city.

Send me a message if you have any questions. :)

Christina was a great host, especially considering this was my first airbnb experience. I had to extend my stay in Toronto quite unexpectedly and decided to book around 11 am, leaving Christina only an hour to respond. I had read that she is very prompt in replying and no wonder she called me soon to confirm my booking. I arrived late at her place and she had made sure that I could get into her place comfortably, leaving me clear instructions for amenities. Her place is insanely clean and organized. I was kind of ill prepared for my extended stay in Canada but things were very smooth, thanks to Christina. She gave me tips about where to find good restaurants around her neighborhood and where to watch soccer games, helped me go through my weekend very quickly. I was out till late almost every night and didn't get to know Christina very well, but an awesome host nonetheless !

Christina was a fantastic host, very welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. She is a friendly host, making me feel very comfortable. The location in Davisville is great, very close to the subway and only 3 stops to downtown. The view from the top of the building toward downtown Toronto is awesome!

The host was very welcoming, and the neighborhood was ideal for getting around Toronto (apart from the subway lines running through Davisville being closed, but that wasn't Christina's fault). The only part about the listing that might've been more clear was the number of beds. We booked it for two people, with the thought that there would be two beds available. However, since one of those two beds was for Christina, the two of us shared the other bed. Perhaps I should've asked to first to make that point clear, but in the end, this wasn't a huge problem for us anyway. I was fine sharing the bed in the end.

My experience was great here. It's near everything: bars, food, transit. and Christina is extremely good at communicating what is and isn't allowed in her home, she leaves a booklet with instructions --which I can totally respect. It was perfect! All she asks is that you leave things where you found them. Fresh linens, towels and a lovely balcony. I recommend!

What can I say that has not already been said? Christina went above and beyond to help and answer any questions from the moment I booked till I left. The place was spotless and well acomdating. Located next to an organic grocery store, quick access for Uber or taxis, this was the perfect spot!

Hello! Coucou!

I have lived here in Toronto for twenty-four years and I love it! It's an amazing city with amazing people and lots to do. I love house music, reading, running, cycling, camping, speaking French, LEARNING STUFF, hanging out in France, weight training, writing, and preparing and sharing a good meal and red wine with friends.
