Our apartments are located in Bldg. D on the 15th floor overlooking the Mall of Asia and the Arena and have exquisite view of Manila Bay.
We furnished them to create a comfortable living space that caters the needs of the everyday life of our guest.

Our neighborhood is in very prime location in Manila. It's just 5 minutes by foot away to one of the biggest mall of the world Mall of Asia which got everything you could ask for. Sea residences condominium offers safe stay for our guest.

SHORT TERM :DAILY/MONTHLY RATES
(Rates are Inclusive of association dues, electricity, water, cable TV)
3 days : 1,700Php
4 -6 days : 1,600Php
1 week : 10,500Php add 1400Php for each extra day
2 weeks : 20,000 Php add 1300 / xtra day
3 weeks : 28,500 Php add 1,200 / xtra day
1-2 months : 33,000Php per month , add 1100Php for each extra day
Please note the following:
A.) To reserve a unit please pay 5,000Php reservation fee, non-refundable, deductible to your balance.
B.) Security deposit is 10,000Php for the “per day“ stay and 15,000 Php for the 1-2 months stay.
C.) We only accept Cash or Payment via Paypal using your Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc). We advise our guest to bring enough cash to cover your full rent cost in the event that you cannot use your Credit Card. In some cases there is a limited amount that can be withdrawn from ATMS daily . In order for this not to happen, we encourage our guest to inform their credit card company or bank before leaving home that they intend to use it abroad , in the Philippines.
LONG TERM MONTHLY RATE
(Non inclusive any fees, utility bills , association dues )
3-5 months : 22,500Php // deposit 2 month and 1 month advance payment
6+ months : 18,500Php // deposit 2 months and 1 month advance payment
5000 Php : reservation fee deductible to your balance.
It is preferable that all initial payments are paid thru Paypal , so deposit can easily be returned after the end of the lease . Following monthly payments can be paid either thru paypal , wired in our bank account or locally to our bank account with cash deposit.
PAYMENT - CHECK IN
To reserve a unit for less than a month, please
(1) Check our Availability Calendar
(2) Send us your contact details and desired dates through our “contact us” form or by email.
(3) After our email confirmation reply , please pay the reservation fee of 5000 Php through Paypal or the total amount for your stay .
Please provide a copy of the passport or any government-issued photo ID of each guest that will be staying. It is helpful to have the photocopies provided 1 week before check in so we can register you in the building admin and avoid any delays during check in. Bring a copy of your passport along too.
The total amount of your stay and the security deposit are paid upon arrival, in cash if not paid already in advance thru Paypal.
It is highly recommended to pay all the rent thru Paypal in advance and only pay the security deposit amount in cash upon arrival . Please note that in some cases international credit / debit cards might not work or allow only limited withdrawal amount daily/ weekly, so we advise our guests to bring enough cash to cover the rent cost in that event.
Check-in is after 1:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. Please inform our rental manager at least 24 hours in advance. If your flight is delayed please notify her right away by calling or texting his mobile number:
The reservation fee is forfeited if the guest (1) cancels the booking in less than 60 days before arrival, (2) refuses to pay all of the agreed rent upon check in and (3) no show up cases, except because of delayed flights.
Security deposit is refundable after the guests checks-out if not any damages occured to the apartment or to the appliances during the stay. If the damage is the guest’s responsibility he will be billed accordingly and part of the security deposit will be used for it.
* Important reminder: Please bear in mind that we will need you to book 2-3 days before your estimated arrival to accommodate your stay in our unit and fix necessary papers per building management of Sea Residences requirements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
!!! We need a PHOTO ID , or PASSPORT for each staying guest, at least 3 working days BEFORE ARRIVAL , in order to register your booking with the building management and issue an ENTRANCE CLEARANCE.
1.) A maximum of 3 guests can stay in a unit.
2.) Laundry washing, pressing and hanging should be done inside the unit only.
3.) The swimming pools operate from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
4.) For fire safety, no inflammable materials including LPG tanks may be stored in any part of the unit. Only the electric stove can be used for cooking.
5.) Please turn off the air conditioning unit when not inside the unit.
6.) Please keep the unit locked at all times and secure your valuables. We will not be held liable for any valuables lost inside the unit.
7.) No smoking or pets are allowed anywhere in the building.
Apartment is as described in the listing and Host is a pleasure to communicate with. He responses to emails promptly and is accommodating to requests. Furniture and facilities in the apartment are a little dated but functional. Wifi speed and stability is generally good. Proximity to MOA and plenty of support amenities stores (convenience stores, laundry, drinking water supplier, etc) onsite is nice.
The condo is clean and nice and I like the swimming pools. The security guard did a good job making sure that the guests are registered.
Fantastic host who managed to cater to my last-minute request and make the necessary arrangements. All that was listed was provided for and i will definitely consider staying there again when i'm back in the area!
