CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY • 50% of the total reservation is due upon booking. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking • Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made after the initial 48 hour period and more than 60 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $100 processing fee. • Changes within 60 days, resulting in a shortened stay will be charged 50% of the canceled days rent value. • Confirmed reservations which are canceled within SIXTY(60) calendar days of your check-in date will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total rent value. • NO REFUNDS are permitted for cancellations made within THIRTY(30) days of arrival. • Full, partial or prorated refunds are not available in cases of bad weather, lack of desired weather, poor extracurricular activity conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance. Ask your reservation specialist for details on the insurance that covers these instances.• Guest shall inform Agent in writing of Guest’s intention to cancel the reservation. For reservations made through 3rd parties, additional cancellation policies may apply in addition to our policy above. • Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy for reasons beyond the control of the Agent, Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made for unused nights in the stay. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest. However, Agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise.
