Featured on Farmhouse tours as the perfect Airbnb! This 60 year old farmhouse is your perfect restful retreat. Equipped with a full kitchen including all the utensils you need to make the perfect meal (Pots, pans, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster). House includes three bedrooms, one bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus bedroom that has three twin beds. Our bathroom is a recently renovated tiled shower. No parties allowed on the premises.

The space
We are an Urban Boutique Farm close to all of the amenities. We own close to 20 acres near town so surrounding the farm is a neighborhood. Although when you walk out of the property you feel very secluded and private. We have lighted hiking trails and swings on the property. At night our farm lights up from 6-9pm with cafe lights and uplighting throughout the gardens. It is truly magical. This house is farm style with a updated chic twist. Original Ship Lap on the walls from the floor to ceiling sets the scene. Beautiful hardwood floors line this house but still hosts the character that this house has brought over the years. Completely renovated kitchen and bathroom this home has all you need for a restful retreat. A simple, farm style life that is still close to all the local amenities. Less than 5 miles away is Historic downtown Belmont with local restaurants, shopping and downtown activities throughout the year. Also within 5 miles is beautiful Stowe Botanical Gardens. This entire home is set up for guests to stay and enjoy. Every room is unique. From bookshelves, to magazines, to reading nooks your stay is like a little paradise away from home. Nothing was forgotten in this renovation without luxury in mind. This updated chic home is amazing but nothing beats the outside charm. Fire pits, lighted walking trails, swings, wildflower fields in the summer and so much more. A truly unique, boutique experience. A twist on the simple farm life makes this a one of a kind experience.

Other things to note
We do have a wedding venue on the property away from the house so from time to time you may see us out doing tours. They are typically short and do not interfere with the house at all.

Please note: we supply high quality linens, plenty of towels for you and your guests, we supply 2-3 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, one laundry pod, a travel size shampoo/body wash, dawn dish soap and hand soap to get you through until you can purchase more.

Fun fact: My husband grew up on a dairy farm in Ca
I have 3 boys ages 2,5 and 7. We recently bought a farm so that our family could experience what it’s like to grow our own vegetables, raise our own cattle and just live a more simple life. We are located roughly 5 miles from our Airbnb location so this allows us easy access to the property. We have recently grown pumpkins and are known for our small pumpkin patch. The farm has been the best thing that happened to our family and it creates an experience like no other. It is a working farm and we have lots of projects going on around the farm. We are in the process of renovating a barn and planting cherry blossom trees along the property. We hope you enjoy what we have restored and created for your family as much as we do.
