About this listing
This is a brand-new apartment located in the heart of Zurich and is well connected to the city. Public transit is walking distance, only 2 mins away. It includes a large living room, a large master bedroom a smaller guest room and two balconies.
This renovated, spacious apartment can easily fit five people and is also great for romantic weekend getaways for couples. Besides the two bedrooms there is a modern and comfortable futon in the living room available for additional guests or kids. The balconies also provide a feel for the local neighborhood and dining opportunities overlooking the ongoing trams.
You will have access to the entire apartment, however, please remember this is not a commercial place. Our personal belongings (e.g. clothes, documents etc.) will remain in the apartment and we would expect that our possessions will be treated with respect.
Our flat can be reached within 5 mins with the local trams (11, 14), which run every few mins from the main station. It is also easy to get to the lakeside via tram in 10 minutes or to walk in about 30 minutes. There are grocery stores, local restaurants, cafes and bars surrounding our apartment, providing plenty of variety for food and drink. Particularly, the Limmat river is very close by and a popular area to chill or to go for running.

Hello! My name is Nisha and I'm really excited to be a part of the Airbnb community. I live with my husband in Zurich (he is from Germany and speaks German of course) and together we would like to offer our apartment to meet new people. Here's a quick blurb about me:
I love to travel, which is why Airbnb is so great. I'm an avid traveler to Europe and speak advanced German. I've been to Germany several times, along with Switzerland, Scotland, UK, France and Greece.
I'm originally from India and am addicted to spicy food. You'll always find plenty of spices and Indian recipes in my cabinets.
I love house music!
I'm an avid writer and self-published my first book last year. I'm hoping to keep doing it, as I have many ideas yet to get down on paper.
As a host, people tell me I'm pretty outgoing. I love showing new people around the city. As a guest, I'm always respectful of other people's property. I would never want my apartment trashed, so I try to be as courteous as I can.
