About This Listing
This is a brand-new apartment located in the heart of Zurich and is well connected to the city. Public transit is walking distance, only 2 mins away. It includes a large living room, a large master bedroom a smaller guest room and two balconies.
This renovated, spacious apartment can easily fit five people and is also great for romantic weekend getaways for couples. Besides the two bedrooms there is a modern and comfortable futon in the living room available for additional guests or kids. The balconies also provide a feel for the local neighborhood and dining opportunities overlooking the ongoing trams.
You will have access to the entire apartment, however, please remember this is not a commercial place. Our personal belongings (e.g. clothes, documents etc.) will remain in the apartment and we would expect that our possessions will be treated with respect.
Our flat can be reached within 5 mins with the local trams (11, 14), which run every few mins from the main station. It is also easy to get to the lakeside via tram in 10 minutes or to walk in about 30 minutes. There are grocery stores, local restaurants, cafes and bars surrounding our apartment, providing plenty of variety for food and drink. Particularly, the Limmat river is very close by and a popular area to chill or to go for running.

Nisha was away during our stay so we didn't get to meet her. Instead she arranged for a friend to meet us at the train station and take us to the flat, which was very helpful. The apartment is great, spacious and comfortable and was ideally situated for us between the city and the University. Where my son works. It is a 15 or 20 minute brisk walk to both and of course the trams make getting about ridiculously easy. Internet good, great telly. And very good value for staying so close to the city centre. Would happily stay again. Nisha was very patient and helpful with my many questions as a new AirBNB member.
Thank you Nisha for everything. The apartment according to our expectations. It was in fact well situated. I hope to meet you next time.
Nice location, spacious and bright apartment with a nice little terrace. The flat had everything we needed and was close to the tram and lake. Nisha, was also great to communicate with and super helpful before and during our stay. Would highly recommend staying there.
Nisha has a clean, spacious and bright apartment in the center of Zurich. It is very modern in design yet has a great homely feel to it. The apartment is less than 10 minutes away from Zurich HB station via tram. Even though I didnt get to meet her she was prompt and responsive and very accommodating to our check in and check out times and even provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance from the house. The old city is a tram ride away with the tram stop a minutes walking distance from the building. Zurich being an expensive place for tourists, Nisha's place is a great deal to stay! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zurich or using Zurich as base camp to explore Switzerland.

About the Host, Nisha
Hello! My name is Nisha and I'm really excited to be a part of the Airbnb community. I live with my husband in Zurich (he is from Germany and speaks German of course) and together we would like to offer our apartment to meet new people. Here's a quick blurb about me:
I love to travel, which is why Airbnb is so great. I'm an avid traveler to Europe and speak advanced German. I've been to Germany several times, along with Switzerland, Scotland, UK, France and Greece.
I'm originally from India and am addicted to spicy food. You'll always find plenty of spices and Indian recipes in my cabinets.
I love house music!
I'm an avid writer and self-published my first book last year. I'm hoping to keep doing it, as I have many ideas yet to get down on paper.
As a host, people tell me I'm pretty outgoing. I love showing new people around the city. As a guest, I'm always respectful of other people's stuff. I would never want my apartment trashed, so I try to be as courteous with other people's stuff as I can.
