All guests will have access to the following areas: the entire loft, private gym, pool area (pool lounge & jacuzzi), as well as free guest parking located anywhere along 3rd Avenue.

Other things to note
* In order to gain access to the private underground parking there will be a one-time fee of $25 for a parking permit.

* Please be advised that there is a 25 pound weight limit that is strongly enforced by the HOA for any and all pets. There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. All guests will be liable, responsible and held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing items).
