  • Appartamento é situato nella zona strategica. Stefano é molto attento e (website hidden) siamo trovati molto bene.

  • The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close to Piazza Nova. Stefano is a very good host, We were a family of 6 and the accommodation was quite comfortable for all us. There is one large bedroom which has a.double.cot + 2 single cots and 1 small.bedroom with 1 double cot.

However on the minus side only 1 toilet/bathroom.

The apartment has no windows but has an atrium which lights up the hall quite well.

Absence of ventilation could sometimes prove quite claustrophobic but it isn't as bad as it may sound.

  • The apartment is on the ground floor which is great for people, as us, with heavy bags.
Clean, spacious and very well maintained.
Stefano was very kind, receptive and was always accessible.

  • The perfect location in the centre of Rome, just one street away from Piazza Navona. On walking distance from Vatican, Trevi fountain etc. It does smell a bit funny and it doesn't have any windows. So it's all about location, location, location.

  • Stefano's apartment in Rome was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. It is in a great location just 1 street back from Piazza Navona. We could easily walk to all the tourist attractions except the Colosseum. There was a bus stop close by that went directly to the Colosseum. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms are spacious. There are no windows but there is a very large skylight in the lounge room so the apartment is quite bright. Stefano was there to meet us when we arrived quite late and as his business is close by, he was always available to answer any questions we had. Thanks Stefano!!! Kylee, John and Family

  • If you want a simple place to stay, no frills that is in the most fantastic area then this is the place. It's very basic but comfortable. Stefano was very helpful and waiting for us on arrival. Piazza Navona is a 2 min walk, lots of friendly and reasonable restaurants within a few steps! Sylvia at Hosteria Pizzeria , a few doors away, provided a brilliant breakfast!

  • This apartment is all about location. It's right by some great restaurants, and is in the middle of all the attractions!

There were 2 rooms, and it fit 6 people just fine - 4 of us had to share two beds. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is very cramped if you're tall.

The kitchen had an electric stove and was very well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils. However, that was very small as well so expect to have only one person cooking at a time.

We had a power outage for about 2 hours during our stay - not sure if this was a fluke of misfortune or regular.

Response time from Stefano was mixed - he never picked up his phone but he will get your email and respond within 3 hours. We accidentally locked ourselves in (don't be stupid like us!) at night and emailed him; he got back to us at ~9AM the next day to let us out.

Overall, I would stay here again just for the location.
