5 Star Spacious private setting on large property, situated in the historic district, just 6 blocks from downtown Franklin, TN. Comfortably fits two, furnished with antiques, king size, full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer, wifi & LED TV. Host definitely go above and beyond with all the extra amenities. Pets are welcome with $150 non refundable pet fee per stay.

The space
Located separate from the original 1919 home, this 5 Star space was converted from a spacious office into an adorable and elegantly appointed studio private apartment. Host provides so many extras including a welcome banana bread made locally, bottled water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate all to be enjoyed on the front porch rocking chairs or inside at the breakfast table.

Features a NEW King Size Bed, washer/dryer, abundant with local art, antiques, large bathroom with walk in closet and a galley kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster - plus all the tools needed for preparing meals. Separate breakfast bar with Keurig Coffee Maker and assortment of teas and coffees, blender, plus garden table for 4 dining area! Owners are on site, so whatever your needs, we can provide.

Checkin time is 3PM Central. Check out is at 11 AM. Ample parking and front porch for taking in the sunrise or sunset. Side 1 acre yard offers a grill plus ample seating for you and your guests for outdoor entertaining. All 4 seasons, enjoy the spacious fire pit with wood supplied.

Other things to note
There is a $100 non refundable cleaning fee per visit.
A pet fee non refundable off $150 per stay is required upon checkin to owners if not collected by airbnb.

Neighborhood highlights

Called "the silk stocking district", my neighborhood is a part of a 15 block historically zoned neighborhood and we neighbors believe we are the best kept secret in Franklin. We have Jim Warren Park 2 blocks from the house which features walking/bike/jog trails and a unique Skate Ramp Park. Or walk the 6 blocks to downtown Franklin and view many historic National Register homes along the way. Franklin is a nationwide destination and we are in the heart of it all!
