Come and stay with us in our beautiful stone house and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beauty of this very special area of France. We will take care of you and will do all we can to ensure you have a wonderful time in our home.
CHAMBRES D'HȎTES/ BED & BREAKFAST.
We invite you to stay with us in our beautiful family home and enjoy the tranquility of our house and gardens. The stunning views across the valley will help you to relax and give you a feel for the area which is full of history and charm. The stone house, built in the 17th. century, is set in 2.5 hectares of its own grounds and affords visitors the opportunity to stroll around the gardens amongst the flowers, shrubs, trees and orchard.
On the first floor, each of the 3 en-suite rooms is equipped to a high standard with views across the gardens, in which we encourage everyone to relax, remembering that, in the South of France - ‘we walk, not run!!!’
The house is centrally heated in the winter and fans are provided in the summer.
The swimming pool may be used (May to September) from 08h00 to 20h00 each day. The safe usage of the swimming pool is the total responsibility of guests. Visitors are invited to use the garden games and table-tennis, but children must be supervised at all times. Guests are requested not to smoke in the house.
Guests have full access to the swimming pool and the garden. We are happy for them to use the tables and chairs set out around the grounds and they are quite welcome to eat their own food in the grounds at lunch time and in the evening.
Interaction with Guests
We are usually at home when we have guests, but we try to be discreet and not interfere with their holiday. However, we are available to help at any time and we are here to ensure that they have the 'Best Holiday Ever'
This are is one of the most beautiful, unspoilt sections of France. The countryside is very diverse and we are lucky enough to share our home which is nestled in the rolling hills with vines and sunflowers. There are wonderful 'Bastide Towns' very close, including our own village of Castelnau de Montmiral and we have a good knowledge of the region to pass on to our guests.
You will need a car to discover this region and there are car hire companies at the airport and one in our nearest tow (Gaillac). We suppy a detailed route plan for your stay - whether it be by car or from one of the airports. We are more than happy to help in any way we can.
Other Things to Note

No Smoking within the house, please.
Sorry, but we do not accept animals as we have 2 cats.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and tranquility of the house and gardens.
Therefore, guests are requested to help maintain our high standards.
Relax and enjoy this wonderful hidden, unspoiled corner of France............
Le lieu est enchanteur et l'accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un moment délicieux et très ressourçant.
Peter ,Marguerite and family
We got such a warm welcome to their beautiful home. They were exceptional hosts and made us feel very comfortable and at home straight away. The house is in such a beautiful setting with such gorgeous views. A beautiful home with such stylish touches. The room we had was beautiful and it overlooked the pool and gardens . They recommended such a lot of interesting places to visit which made our stay really superb. They also booked a restaurant on our behalf which was really great. The area was full of beautiful villages but you should make sure you visit Cordes. We enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast that was supplied and chatting with our hosts and family. We would return to both Peters place and area in a heartbeat.
Marguerite and I were so pleased to hear that you loved this area and that you enjoyed our little 'hidden' corner too. It makes it so worthwhile when we have very happy visitors to Les Anglades. We, too, hope that our paths will cross on another occasion and we look forward to meeting you again. You are certainly 5 Star guests and you will always be very welcome to stay. A bientot.....Pete
We had a warm welcome and great breakfast. Great local knowledge and tips about what to go and see. Genuinely nice people and a beautiful location. Well placed to visit the region.
