The Lodge at Georgetown is a sophisticated, newly remodeled property nestled against the Georgetown mountainside. The property features a spacious kitchen, a living room with a bar for entertaining, a beautiful gas fireplace and views galore. The Main House has 2 bedrooms (each a king bed) and a loft with 2 twin beds. The adjacent Carriage House has a king bed, a kitchenette, ¾ bath & washer/dryer. You’ll enjoy the exterior courtyard which features a gas fire pit, grill and new hot tub!

The space
Located in a quiet, historic neighborhood just minutes to Loveland Ski area, you’ll love being steps away from restaurants & shopping. The property accommodates 8 total; The Main House has 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, a loft with 2 twin beds, and a king bed in the Carriage House. This property is perfect for 3 couples – you will each have your own private space and bathroom (the upstairs bath even has a dry sauna)! Plus if you have a couple kids, they will love the loft! Dine out or cook for the whole crew in this new, high-end kitchen with a Viking range, new stainless appliances, a funky island with a bar, and a large dining space. The vaulted living room has a 60” smart tv, plenty of comfortable seating, a bar, and a gas fireplace.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property which includes the Main House & the adjacent Carriage House EXCEPT FOR NOVEMBER 1-16, DUE TO A BOOKING IN THE CARRIAGE HOUSE. WE HAVE ADJUSTED THE NIGHTLY RATE TO ACCOMMODATE THIS CHANGE. All outdoor amenities are yours to enjoy in private featuring a gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and new hot tub.

Other things to note
Georgetown is the perfect location for exploring the many hiking & biking trails or, in the winter, skiing Loveland or one of the other 8 world class ski areas nearby (Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek, and Steamboat Springs). You can hike a few blocks to the Rutherford Trail leading to Silverdale and beyond - Guanella Pass and Mt. Bierstadt. The Main House features a spiral staircase, but worth the climb if you’re lucky enough to get the bedroom with the best view! There are 3 fireplaces on-site, a hot tub, and a dry sauna. ** In certain circumstances or seasons, we would consider renting Main House or Carriage House separately – please contact Sharon with questions.

The quiet historic neighborhood that surrounds the Lodge is the most unique in Georgetown. Just across the street is a little park where one can quietly reflect or rent it for an outdoor picnic or private reception-weddings are popular in this small park (visit historicgeorgetown.org for daily rental fees). The property is a very short walk to the historic downtown where you can shop, visit museums, ride the famous Loop Railroad, dine, or enjoy a cocktail or microbrew. Outdoor recreational opportunities are abundant so drop into the Georgetown Gateway Visitor Center to obtain trail maps and weather info.

I'm an East Coast native transplanted to the Colorado Rockies. I am an Indie Realtor at my company Two Rivers Real Estate in Georgetown, CO. I love to travel with my husband, Michael, and two amazing kiddos. I've lived and worked in the Rockies for 25 years, and I'm so blessed to call Georgetown HOME. I'm happiest in the mountains when I'm skiing with my family, gardening at altitude (8,519 ft is no simple thing!), and contributing to a sustainable world. I try to live simply and share. Georgetown is a special town and I'm thrilled to share Georgetown, CO with the world!
