The Signature Luxury Condos at the MGM Grand is an exclusive guard gated luxury resort located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Services include a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, hi-tech fitness room, complimentary valet service, high speed internet and wi-fi access inside the suite and throughout the resort. This unit features a one bedroom suite with a complete kitchen, 2 full baths and measures approx. 950 square feet.
Sleep in the plush pillow-top king bed, soak away in a jetted bath tub or take in the magnificent mountain, city and partial strip views from the private balcony. Exquisite bathrooms feature marble and granite throughout, a flat screen TV and a two-person jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Full kitchen includes state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. The unit also includes a Queen sized pull out bed in the living room, 2 LCD flat-screen HDTV's, a dining and living area, high-speed WiFi internet access and an iPod docking station.
Guests have access to all of the MGM Grand amenities including the pools and world-renowned restaurants. You will also have access to the private pools, lounge, restaurant, and fitness center. There is even a Starbucks and Cafe right on site!
Access to casinos, restaurants, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues are convenient with a moving walkway that takes you from the lobby of the Signature building right into the the MGM casino.

1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS NOON (local time). NO Early Check-in or late check-out. All late check-out’s will be charged $25 per each half hour beginning at NOON.
2.All units are NON SMOKING.
3.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4.DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required which will be facilitated by AIRBNB. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

5.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 4 persons. An additional charge or $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 3 will be assessed.
6.INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
(website hidden) DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, nor should dishes, silverware or any other items found in the units be returned to the MGM. If items are found to be missing, guest will be notified and the cost to replace the item will be subtracted from the security deposit.
8. HOTEL DEPOSIT – The Signature at MGM will HOLD $100/night for a maximum of $300 on your credit card for incidentals. This charge will automatically drop off after your stay provided that there are no room charges.
9.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10.We reserve the right to modify this agreement, and our policies at our discretion.
We had a terrific stay and were very pleased with the suite. We had all the luxuries of home with a complete kitchen and a fabulous big jacuzzi tub to indulge after a long day. It definitely beats the typical hotel room and made our stay feel very special. Paul was great at communication and we encountered no issues while staying. We would love to stay again and most certainly will in the future.
Paul's place was great value for money. Place was as pictured. What sets it apart from a hotel room is there is no early check in and your room is not made up for you daily so no replinishing of toiletries or change of towels. You make your own bed daily. We had 3 adults staying in the apartment so needed the sofa bed for the 3rd person and had to figure that out and make the bed ourself as room service was not available to us through mgm directly. Still a good deal.

Paul's apartment is in the MGM signature hotel. When I pulled into the driveway the guard gave me a parking pass and there was free valet parking during my stay. The apartment is modern, well equped and comfortable. 2 full bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It's literally an apartment in a hotel. The best of both worlds. The only down side is that you can not check in before 3 PM.
The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable! We loved our stay there--it was focused on events at the MGM Garden Arena, which was a 10 minute (indoor) walk away. Perfect distance from the strip. It was great to have a giant bathroom w/ a jacuzzi and coffee in the morning. Thanks! We will stay again!
The room and hotel were as expected but unfortunately, the description of what was included was inaccurate. Paul mentions that a washer/dryer was included under the amenities tab, but that was false. I had also contacted him about needing to change check in reservations and he responded in a few hours and was helpful (with a fee which is expected). because I needed the washer/dryer this was more of a nuisance on my end. He did reach out and told me to contact his friend to get access somewhere in the bldg but I never heard back so we had to figure out a diff solution. All in all, the accommodations were more than fine for a place to sleep at, but was disappointed that his listing was not accurate.
