It doesn’t get more central than this!
Experience what Toronto has to offer by staying in the heart of it all.
My place is a bright, clean studio condo located in a safe and vibrant neighbourhood, so close to many of the major attractions that you can walk just about anywhere.
The space is small but cute, and the open-concept layout, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel big and airy. It is ideal for an individual or couple. When a friend’s teenage daughter from the suburbs saw the place for the first time she commented, “Wow, this is so cool! This is just the type of place I want to live in when I’m old.” Old – what is she talking about?

We loved Paul's condo! The location is perfect for anyone visiting Toronto - including Torontonians, like us! We contacted Paul when our housesit on Toronto Island ended early due to unforeseen circumstances; because we had airbnb guests in our own home, we found Paul's adorable place and booked it. So happy we did. We went ice skating in Nathan Phillips Square, swam in the condo pool, enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms, watched the Oscars on his huge TV, and enjoyed some great new (to us) restaurants in the hood. The light in the condo is fantastic, with floor to ceiling windows and thoughtful art on the walls. It's squeaky clean and very comfortable. It was sad to say goodbye to this place! Thanks Paul.
I had a great stay at Paul's. I was just returning to Canada after a couple of years abroad, and his was a perfect place to stay to get reacquainted with Toronto. The arrival was really seamless - I didn't have a phone and was exhausted, and Paul met me in the building lobby when I arrived from the airport. The studio itself was beautiful and very clean, with nice flooring and huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The pool and exercise rooms are modern and not very busy, and there are lots of good places to eat in the neighbourhood. I'd highly recommend staying at Paul's to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Toronto for a week and experience condo living! Thanks Paul!
Paul's apartment is very cool! He has enverything you need available - cable tv, wireless and a very comfortable bed. The building itself is fantastic and the apartment is just metres from the Eaton's centre, city hall, the subway and has a grocery store downstairs. Paul is great and gives you a tour of the apartment and facilities, he also leaves a map. I live in Australia and the next time I'm in town I will be contacting Paul again. Thanks Paul, we absolutely loved your apartment!
The apartment is very, very cute, very clean and very conveniently located. Paul was a great host. Check in and out were very easy, and Paul made me feel welcome, showing me where everything was and answering all my questions. Everything was as pictured in the photos and as outlined in the description. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and convenient place to stay, do consider this apartment!
Fantastic, comfortable apartment right in the middle of Downtown. We very much enjoyed our week at Paul's place, he was excellent at staying in touch and giving us all the information we needed. Would happily stay here again.
Paul's lovely apartment was comfortable, quiet and perfect for the 4 weeks I spent working in Toronto. It is centrally located with easy access to subways, streetcars and all the amenities one would want. The space was ideal for one person, and although it was right downtown, it was a quiet sanctuary.
Paul is a great guy who gave me a lot of advice about the neighbourhood and the space. He even gave me some tips for nearby yoga studios, and the maps/info guides he provided were much appreciated. He was quick to respond to messages and was so friendly!
Next time I'm in Toronto, I will definitely ask to stay at his fantastic place again!
Paul is the nicest, this place is beautiful, clean and proximate, there is a gym and a pool and a nice doorman. THE BEST AirBnB experience I've ever had.
I spent a week at Paul's place with a friend. I had just recently moved away from Toronto, and as a former Torontonian I could tell that Paul's condo would be an ideal home base for a visit -- the location is so central, close to many attractions and with great transport links to the rest of the city. It's a new building and Paul's condo is clean, bright, and nicely decorated. It's also very quiet; we never heard a sound from anyone else in the building. It's not big, but if you're staying in downtown Toronto there are better things to do than hang around at home anyway! (That said, the balcony is a wonderful place to have a leisurely breakfast!) Paul provided everything we needed -- bedding, towels, detailed instructions for the appliances, etc., and he was very clear about expectations and easy to communicate with. We had a perfect stay and I would highly recommend Paul's place to anyone.
I deal location, fantastic apartment. I can honestly say that the best decision I made in regards to my trip to Toronto was staying here.
It was my first time using Airbnb and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I did like the idea of saving €250-plus. First of all, Paul was great in terms of when I could check in and out. When I arrived Paul brought me up and showed me about - I'm thrilled to say the apartment matched the photos - he also had left out information packs that covered everything from the appliances in the apartment to various guides to Toronto.
The building itself was incredibly safe and well maintained. The roof terrace is also a super treat if the weather is good. It's situated within walking distance of the main shopping mall, two or three street car routes and the subway. The Metropolitan Hotel is also on the street parallel and there is a stop for the Airport Express bus.
The building is right beside city hall, too, which puts you virtually on the lively Queen Street west and all that it has to offer while the streets south of Queens are just as easy to get to.
There's also a market in the ground floor of the building with fresh fruit/veg/meat and ready meals for those who don't have time to cook. I have to admit it was great to be able to have juices and food stored in the fridge to eat my own breakfast and not have to rely on take out meals all day!
A big concern for me was internet access as I was sending work back to my office everyday while I'll also needed to gather information and get on to my company's intranet, too. There was no problem at all, it's high speed internet and I never had any issues. There's also a DVD player and cable for those in need of some entertainment.
Another plus was the washer/dryer. I'd already been away the week before and knowing that I could wash my clothes certainly helped me save space in my case.
The bathroom and shower were impeccably clean. Paul also left out some new face cloths, soaps and mini shampoos. There was a dishwasher, too, and lots of cutlery and crockery - I was on my own but certainly two or three people could fit into the space and feel catered for.
Anyway, the only disappointment I might have is that I don't know how my second Airbnb experience will live up the first because this place was just perfect. I couldn't encourage anyone enough to chose this space for their stay in Toronto.
My stay at Paul's lovely apt was so happy. Every day I would come home to a welcoming, well-put-together space that truly felt like home. I wanted for nothing. Clean space with great amenities, wonderful building and location, fantastic communication. Paul is the perfect host. I cannot recommend him or his home highly enough -- THANK YOU!!
