I present to you a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for 3-4 people. Located in the middle of Chinatown, you can explore one of NYC's most unique neighborhoods while being close to everything else the city has to offer.
This is a rental for the entire apartment. Only you and your guests will be using the apartment during your stay.
In each bedroom is a queen sized bed that can sleep 2 people very comfortably. One bedroom has its own toilet. The other bedroom has a 40 inch TV that has Netflix, Pandora, and YouTube for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms have sizable closets with wooden hangers as well as drawers underneath the beds to store your things. Both bedrooms also come with fans and air conditioners.
The kitchen and dining area have beautiful stone floors and brand new appliances. There is a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator for your convenience. The kitchen will always be stocked with coffee, tea, juice, beer, condiments, and some breakfast items upon your arrival.
The apartment comes with anything you may need including kitchen supplies, hair dryer, iron, fresh sheets and towels, soaps, etc. If there is anything you need that I haven't supplied, just send me a quick message and I will get it to you as soon as possible.
Everything in the apartment is for your use.

We loved our stay here....the host was attentive ,responsive, and the apartment was perfect. I especially loved all the organic offerings! Thanks so much,Wilson!
The unit is just as it appears in the photos. Small but serviceable. The location is good, around the corner from Chinatown highlights, including Nom Wah Tea Parlor, museum of Chinese in America and the Downtown Music Gallery. It is close to the D train but easily walkable to a tonne of places.
Having the coffee, juice, milk, cereal and other toiletry basics provided was great.
As another reviewer noted the stove is not connected but there is a hotplate (we never used it so can't comment on efficacy)
Unit was super chilly but we figured out that the one fan in the full bathroom gives off heat so we left that running to warm the place up.
I did drop the host a note before we checked in to confirm the reservation and inquire about green grocers in the area and didn't hear back. However I did message him during the stay as the internet stopped working and he got it up and running quickly and replied right away. Was also quick in replying to our request for a late checkout.
No fuss no muss rental.
The overall experience was good. a key was left in an agreed spot and we easily made our way to the unit.
Although the apartment is small we found it convenient for our needs.
The gas range was disconnected and a hot plate was in place instead. the host had basic groceries in the refrigerator which was a very nice touch. Due to weather our flight out of NYC was delayed and the host was very helpful in allowing us to stay past the check out time.
We stayed in Wilson's Chinatown apartment for 5 days. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is very good, near the Brooklyn bridge and 10/15 minutes walking from Little Italy or 20 from the soHo.
We had some issues with the heating system which was switching off during the night and randomly during the day. We tried to reach Wilson on the phone number that he provided for us regarding the heating issues but he took a few hours to reply back. The new portable heater was suppose to arrive to the apartment that exact same day or the following morning which didn't happen. Wilson brought us a new heater the following evening and kindly went to buy a spare one "just in case". We also contacted Wilson once again to ask him for late check out. Since he didn't replied to us, and after we checked the availability for that day, we took the liberty and checked out at 1200 pm instead of 1000 am.
Willson made us feel very welcome, he left us groceries and refreshments in the fridge. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the bath sheets were of excellent quality. Thank you Willson.
