Riccardo was a very friendly and gracious host. The apartment was spacious and airy. The accommodations were pretty much what was advertised. Although I expected full wireless Internet access, during my month-long stay the connectivity was spotty. However Riccardo was very attentive and tried to remedy the problem by providing access to another network for our connection purposes. He also allowed me and my fiancee to stay an extra night free-of-charge, which we greatly appreciated. This speaks of Riccardo's warm and generous nature! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
PS: the area can be a little noisy at night (especially on week-ends) but this is something that is common to being in the historic center of Perugia and it is out of Riccardo's control. Bringing earplugs for sleeping, helps!
