Offering superb sea views from the front and rear of the property, this townhouse is situated in a gated development only 25 yards away from a sandy beach.

This delightful home offers plenty of natural light, with patio doors leading to a balcony from the first floor living room and further patio doors to a large decked sitting-out area from the kitchen/dining room, both of which are ideal spots to enjoy al fresco supper whilst savouring the glorious ocean views. The accommodation layout is great for families - there is a ground floor double bedroom with an additional single bed, a wet room, a comfortable light and homely living room, plus a light living/dining room on the mid floor. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with lovely sea views and en-suite wet room, as well as a single bedroom.
Bracklesham is a traditional family resort which is known for its wind and kite surfing, and has a pebble beach, which when the tide is low, there is plenty of sand to build sandcastles with your little ones. There are a sprinkling of local shops and a pub, and is very close to popular East Wittering, with its larger array of eateries, cafés, shops and pubs. Slightly further is the wonderful, award-winning sandy beach at West Wittering, and Chichester is about a 15-minute drive away. Chichester has delightful cobbled pedestrianised streets with an abundance of shopping, restaurants, leisure facilities and the ornate Cathedral, festival theatre. Harbour tours and golf can be found in the area, as well as beautiful scenic walks around the coastline and South Downs National Park. Nearby are Goodwood races, Fontwell races, Weald and Downland Open Air Museum and Arundel with its historic castle, cathedral and wildfowl and wetland nature reserve.
There are easy road links to many other sightseeing areas such as Portsmouth with Spinnaker Tower, the historic ships of Mary Rose and Nelson’s Victory, waterside dining, designer shopping outlets, museums, and ferry trips to the Isle of Wight. The picturesque sailing village of Bosham is within easy reach and there are various National Trust homes and gardens, including Uppark, a 17th century country house. Beach 25 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
