This is a fantastic spot! Our condo is located right in the heart of Charlotte's most eclectic neighborhood, Plaza Midwood. It's literally steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee and boutique shops. Walk to everything while you enjoy viewing the beautiful Charlotte skyline. We are just minutes to uptown Charlotte. The bedroom has an ultra comfy queen size bed. Kitchen has all the essentials including granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker and stocked with kitchen essentials.
The space
Our condo boasts 12 foot high ceilings, granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling tile shower, queen size bed, a brand new 50” smart tv in the living room with apps guests can access, hardwood floors, Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked kitchen.
Guest access
This is not a shared space so guests have access to the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony.
Other things to note
We are able to keep our cleaning prices low because we typically host clean and respectful guests. Guests with an excessive need for extra cleaning will be charged an additional $50. Example: trash left all over the condo, beer/liquor bottles all over the condo, etc. Guests can request an early check in or late check out for additional fees. Not pets allowed.
