"As seen on The Today Show"...no, really!
Our modern South Loop designer loft was made world-famous in 2013 with a live broadcast from our bedroom, which is tiled in 60,000 pennies. Yes, Al Roker, Savannah Guthrie, Matt Lauer, along with 5 million Americans were all invited into our home...and we hope you'll be our next guest.
Located on the top floor (no minotaur footsteps coming from above), you'll enjoy the best lake and city views from our balcony. On Wednesday and Saturdays, you'll enjoy a prime view of Navy Pier fireworks around 10pm. Did we mention that our balcony was also featured by The Home Depot for it's unique, custom herringbone deck? If for some reason it's too cold for a balcony night, turn on our fireplace and warm up.
While you can certainly stay in and cook a meal in our high-end kitchen with exposed brick and stainless steel appliances, our slick Michigan Avenue location puts you just steps away from some of the best eats in the city; including the Michelin-star-rated Acadia, just one block away (you have got to order the burger from the bar).
Speaking of walking, we are but a skip away from McCormick Place event center, the famous Soldier Field, Lake Michigan, Museum Park (Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Planetarium, etc.) and so much more.
Not a fan of walking? You'll have no trouble catching a cab right outside our door. Or, if you prefer, just cross the street and you'll be at a bus stop that services three different routes to take you all over the city. Four blocks from the Red Line subway train, Trader Joe's, Walgreens, gas stations, and more.
Should you need anything at all - a bottle of wine, toothbrush, or gourmet sandwich (we recommend the 1720 Special on a pretzel roll) - the gourmet South Loop Market is located just across the street. They open early and close late.
And finally, you'll be surprised just how tech-friendly this place is. From complimentary wifi access to heating and air conditioning that is controlled with your smartphone, this place is perfect for the modern dude or dudette.
Please note: we have a minimum 2-night stay. We do make exceptions for this on occasion, so please message us with your circumstance and we'll see what we can do.

Interaction with Guests
Sorry, we're not sorry that we'll be missing you. This place is all yours while you are a guest. The keys will be left here for your use. We do not hover, stalk, or stay. Just be aware our cleaning comes at 12 noon on the day of your check out.
Our South Loop Michigan Avenue location is truly in the heart of the city. Sports fans, rejoice. Soldier field is just 2 blocks away. US Cellular Field (where the Chicago White Sox play) is only a few stops South on the Red Line. Head north on the Red Line and you'll be rooting for the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field.
If you're into music, you'll be just a few blocks away from Lollapalooza at Grant Park or any of the big names that are headed to Soldier Field for their concerts.
Geeks and nerds (the REAL cool kids) can make their way to Museum Park and visit some of the best museums in the world.
Business professionals can be seen coming and going from McCormick Place (also 2 blocks away) while the fitness-minded can hit the lake path (you guessed it: 2 blocks away). The views along that trail are unbeatable.
This neighborhood is lined with restaurants and bars of all cuisines (Thai food, anyone?) and just a skip away from the famous Chinatown (you can't miss it). Your local Chicago Police station is (wait for it...) 2 blocks away and the neighborhood is family and pet-friendly.
Walking down Michigan Avenue is a treat in and of itself, but in case you aren't in the mood, you will have no trouble at all catching a cab. Just step out the door and put up your arm to flag one of hundreds of taxis waiting to take you around the city. If you're one for public transportation, the 1, 3, and 4 (route numbers) buses all pick up outside the door - you just have to cross the street and make sure you have $2.25 in your pocket. Walk just four blocks north and you are at the Roosevelt subway station - a hub for most of the cities "L" lines (Orange, Red, etc.). There is a Divvy (shared bicycle program) station directly outside the door if you'd care to rent a bike and cruise around the city.
