Disappearing Walls of Glass open to fireplaces, negative edge salt water pool/spa, waterfalls, a cabana and rock boulders. A private bridge to your own PRIVATE TRAILHEAD will have you hiking in minutes. The property is both in Paradise Valley and Phoenix!

The space
After you book, we will need you to send us your personal email address so I can send you our rental agreement. After the contract is signed, we will call you to collect a credit card and ID to place on file. No exceptions

Your payment will be taken by AirBNB but just like any hotel, in order for us to verify your identity outside AIRBNB, we must collect a CC for incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit) and we must collect a photo ID that matches the CC owner and the person must provide both at time of check-in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website, and are choosing NOT to book DIRECT on HOLIDAYRENTAL's site. AIRBNB does not share your info with us. AIRBNB does not share your payment info, ID, or email address with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit ALL that info to us after you book.

Also, our rental agreement must be signed within 24 hrs of booking. No Exceptions.
