The space
Enjoy total privacy in our newly renovated apartment while sunning yourself on the generous deck. Then pop down a few steps to cool off in the (shared) rim-flow swimming pool.

It's important to note, there are several stairs to navigate when coming and going from the apartment. It's the price once pays for being so close to the water but it's well worth it.
