Fantastic stay with 9 friends over a two-night stay. Everything met and exceeded our initial expectations. Friendly and easy check-in. Roomy interior, plenty of space for hanging out above and below deck. Plenty of bathroom and shower facilities Great location, while the dock is tad outside of the city center by a quick and free ferry, its in a great neighborhood of its own - with amazing bakery nearby. Also, taking the ferry into Central Station was fun on its own. Would definitely recommend for groups looking for a unique stay and the opportunity to congregate together, versus hotel room or hostels.

Even though the trip was booked last minute and the ship was out at sea when we booked, everything was ready for our party when we arrived. The ship was docked in a really great, architecturally distinctive part of Amsterdam. Residential, quiet, but with easy access to the central parts it was a great outpost from which to navigate the city. The ship was large and accommodated our group of people. The kitchen made for a really great home cooked breakfast and the communal space was a great place to spend time with friends.

We had a fantastic trip and the boat was as expected. The ferry is just 10-15 mins from central and then the boat is a 5 min walk. Easy to find but we had to call the skipper for directions on how to get on as we had to climb over two boats. This was not easy with suitcases or after a drink so wouldn't advise for the elderly (although we had two 50 year olds who were fine). There was some rocking all over and noise on one side due to passing boats, but nothing disturbing. The bedrooms are small and not great for very tall people but the mattresses are very comfortable and covers warm. Towels are provided but they are on the small side. Showers are basic and wet room style but water was a decent pressure and always hot. WiFi wasn't working during our stay. Kitchen was clean and washing up liquid provided. A couple of things needed a quick rinse before we used them. We made chicken fajitas for 18 people no problem and there was cooking oil. Closest supermarket 20min walk has everything. The captain lives on board so is present during your stay which is a little strange at first but he has totally separate quarters that don't interlock, so we only saw him on check in and check out and forgot he was there to be honest. Petra was very responsive answering within one day and providing local recommendations. If you are looking for a unique trip, good location, communal space and beautiful views then I highly recommend this boat.
