Let this private historic 4-bedroom/2-full bath Buena Vista condo which sleeps 6, serve as the ultimate getaway for your next trip to the mountains of Colorado. Situated in the heart of the rocky mountains (Buena Vista), with out-your-door walking distance to the historic downtown with its fine restaurants, saloons and adventures. South Main dining, events, and river parks are just a few minutes walk away. Mountain adventures, hot springs, fishing, rafting, hiking and biking await. LIC#:STR-052

The space
The Jacobs House (second-floor location), built in 1888 and completely restored in 2016, is registered on the National Registry of Historic Places. Originally a boarding facility and then the Webb Hotel, authenticity fills the interior with four, narrow one-over-one-light wood-framed, double-hung sash windows with hooded arches, keystones, and wood sills. Your entire family will feel at home throughout 1,450 square feet of carefully appointed living space.

This home is a fantastic size for families, friends or couples traveling together. All the necessary comforts of home are provided here including flat-screen TV/Netflix, heated bathroom floors, heated bath towel bars, leather sofa, hand-made Persian rugs and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The only thing you’ll regret is not staying longer.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo. Parking will be in the alley on garage apron (parallel to alley). Our condo is on the second-floor of the historic Jacob building.

Other things to note
Off-street/alley parking is available for one car only. Overnight parking on Main street is prohibited. Additional parking is available on town streets.

Our apartment can accommodate only 6 people and absolutely NO PETS. You will be charged $100/person per night if more guests use our apartment during your rental period.

The Rental is personal vacation use only. ANY OTHER GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 6 PERSONS IS NOT ALLOWED. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. If any of the following violations occur (smoking, use of firearms, unapproved over-occupancy, pets, excessive mess), the registered guest will be charged $500 non-refundable (on credit card on file). In addition, the guest will be asked to leave premises without refund.

A few house rules:
1. Please respect our condo by not wearing shoes inside.
2. No fires on property.
3. Please do not put a burden on our house cleaners. We ask that you do your dishes and leave the house in reasonably clean condition.
4. We have a zero tolerance policy for drug abuse and alcohol abuse, a.k.a. partying and excessive drinking. Any indication that this is taking place will lead to an immediate eviction.
5. This is a non-smoking, no vaping household. We ask that you treat our place with care and respect.
6. Do not change TV setup/settings, with the exception of INPUT.
7. Finally, if you break or damage something, please let us know right away.
