Other Things to Note
This agreement shall commence on “Check-in Date” and terminate on “Check-out Date” as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The rate for your stay is as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The maximum number of guests allowed under this agreement is eight guests.
Check in/Check out
• Check-in time is after 4 PM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
• Check-out time is before 10 AM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
The Airbnb “Strict” cancellation policy that was specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation is the cancellation policy.
No cleaning or maid service is provided during the term of this rental agreement. The property shall be professionally cleaned prior to Renter’s arrival. Extra sheets and towels are provided in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for Renter’s use.
There is garage parking for one vehicle. There is a garage door opener available for the renter to use during their stay. Management is not responsible for Renter’s vehicle, for any reason, including vandalism, damage, or theft.
There is NO telephone hard line provided in the rental, however there is complimentary WIFI service (Wireless Internet).
Vacating the Premises
Renter shall deliver possession of rental in good order and repair to Management upon termination or expiration of this agreement. The key and garage door opener shall be returned upon departure. There is a $35 key or $50 garage door opener replacement fee if not returned.
Management is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the premises.
Renter may not sublet residence or assign this rental agreement without written consent of Management.
Fire and Casualty
If residence becomes uninhabitable by reason of fire, explosion, or by other casualty, Management may, at its option, terminate rental agreement or repair damages.
Right of Access
Management shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, Management may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the rental.
Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances. Renter shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with any neighboring resident’s quiet enjoyment of their residence. Any misuse described above shall result in termination of Rental Agreement and no refund of any payments will be issued.
Management shall not be liable for damage to, or loss of, renter’s own property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
Animals, birds or pets of any kind shall not be permitted inside the rental unit at any time.
Renter releases Management from liability for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Management against losses incurred by Management as a result of (a) Renter’s failure to fulfill any condition of this agreement; (b) any damage or injury happening in or about rental or premises to renter’s invitees or licensees or such person’s property; (c) Renter’s failure to comply with any requirements imposed by any governmental authority; and (d) any judgment, lien, or other encumbrance filed against renter as a result of renter’s action. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Management harmless from any and all damages caused by renter’s negligence or fault, including all costs and attorney fees.
This agreement and any attached addendum constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties herein that if any part of this rental agreement is invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.
Failure of Management to Act
Failure of Management to insist upon compliance with the terms of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any violation of this agreement.
Payment stipulates the Renter has read the agreement and agrees to its terms.

Deb was such an amazing host. She answered all our queries in a timely fashion. She gave us a tour of both houses we have stayed at. Deb definitely knows what to do around park city. We definitely recommend Deb!!!!
Deb was fantastic. Very responsive, available, clear in communication. The condo was clean, modern, well-equipped. Great location 1-2 minutes from the MARC and perfect for Sundance Film Festival experience.
Deborah's condo in Park City was just what we were looking for! The hot tub was great in the cold weather, and the space was large, homey, and beatiful.
Deborah was super on top of communication and flexible with timing!
Deb was great to work with. She answered questions promptly both before and after our stay. The condo was perfect. There were 5 of us but we could have comfortably fit up to 8 (with shared beds). The condo was really clean with all of the basic amenities. Its got a comfortable, casual vibe and about a mile from downtown. I'd rent this condo again for sure!

This is a fairly nice, even if dated, condo in a suburban development in Park City. There is enough space for one large family or two smaller families with covered parking for one car. The best part of renting this condo is working with Deb. She is very easy to work with and makes the experience convenient. While not in walking distance to the Main Street area, it is under 5 min drive from groceries, drug stores and restaurants. It is under 10min drive from Deer Valley or Park City Mountain ski resorts. So if you're a family with little kids and don't want to go to restaurants for every meal, this can be a good choice. The kitchen is remodeled and nice.
Compared to other such houses and condos we have rented, we felt the unit could have been better stocked with cooking supplies. The dishwasher had issues and so we had some trouble cleaning utensils, but I would expect this to be fixed soon. The bathrooms upstairs could do with a remodel with newer faucets and stuff, but nothing to complain about. It is just like visiting a relative!

What do I pack when I travel? My Nikon photo gear, a guitar, and things my boys may forget (even though they pack their own suitcase!) I'm a light packer because I like to purchase items while on vacation. I prefer to get up early and get up and go. An ideal day for me is photographing the sunrise, returning to go for a run, and then waking up my family to have them experience a new place with me.
I can live without TV (I rarely watch it), and sunburn. I don't cook, but have a well-used microwave. I enjoy going to the gym, and spinning.
Favorite musicians: Johnny Lang, Clapton, Dave Matthews.
