Guests love this home’s scenic location.
A farm stay inn located in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. This working farm has a little bit of everything that will delight both couples and families with children of all ages. Area attractions include Lancaster, Strasburg old fashioned steam trains, Amish buggy rides, hiking trails, river kayak rentals, and amusements like Hershey Park and Dutch Wonderland.

The space
First floor family suite fits a family of four. Fully equipped efficiency style kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, vintage gas stove, electric coffee maker (coffee, filters, sugar, napkins and toothpicks provided) makes it easy to whip up a farm-style breakfast. Kitchen table booth seating. Private bath with a shower, no tub. The bathroom is compact, yet perfectly functional. Full-size bed in bedroom. The kitchen area has a trundle bed (that's two twin beds where one rolls under the other for storage.) Your own private entrance, with front and back porches. There's three steps up to the front porch.

Guest access
Your suite and the porches belonging to your suite are reserved just for you. The yard, shared patios, and flower gardens are common spaces to enjoy. The barnyard and pastures are open to guests only during daily chore time. Otherwise, please do not enter pastures and barns when not with the farm family (we don't want the farm animals to escape or the chickens to fly the coop.)

Hotels really aren’t my thing; you see I manage our Family’s B&B, the Olde Fogie Farm. On our working farm we host a variety of guests. I enjoy learning about all the places they come from and sharing a bit of the country life with them. My hobbies include flower gardening, riding my horse, and participating in a variety of dances. When I can escape from my responsibilities I enjoy hiking in the woods, being by a creek, sitting atop a mountain enjoying a breathtaking view.
